“I've been a member for 30 years and this branch is hands down the best one I've ever been to. When giving out raises this year, this branch staff should get a raise across the board. Josh is doing the lords work by having to deal with myself and my family. The branch decor was improved greatly this year when they replaced the eye sore of a missing mini fridge in the lobby with a brand new, working, somewhat stocked mini fridge of water. Studies have shown that 10% more loans are originated when there is a full service coffee bar in a bank lobby - something to think about for 2025 branch investment allocations. Seriously: A big thank you to the entire Wixom branch staff for all of their extra effort, constant patience, and general upbeat attitude. Keep up the great work!”

“I have been a client of flagstar novi for about 7 months after banking w another institution for many many years i switched over to flagstar and the novi branch is closest to me i was intiteled to some perks due to the type of account i had i had not received what was promised so i dealt w julia the bank manager to resolve the issue she was on top of it immediately it was handled very quickly and she calledme back couple times i love this bank they truly care about there clients they want u to be happy i feel very important w this bank julia is amazing great custmer service i highly recommend this bank to everyone”

“I have been a member of the CFCU Wixom location for a couple of years now and it is fantastic, aside from one bankteller. He has been continually rude to me every time I have had him helping me out. I am a younger woman and I feel as though he does not respect me at all. I have noticed how differently he treats male customers, my dad included, who had this bank teller help him out through the drive thru while I was in the car and was treated significantly better than I usually am (I offer the same kindness as my dad). On my most current visit there I was depositing cash, and he made an incredibly passive aggressive comment about how all of my bills weren’t facing the right way, when I have come in there countless times before without having to do so and even if he wanted me to, there was definitely a nicer way of saying it. I apologized, and he said nothing. He then kept noticeably sighing which is so petty. I love this bank, and I think it’d be a better place for everyone if these concerns were brought to attention.”

“I don't see why a reviewer says it's not modern. This bank has all the same features for users as any big name bank I've ever been with. The only non modern aspect is the customer service, which is a good thing. Unlike modern business, this company values it's customers and treats them as if they were friends coming by their house. They are proficient in their interactions while still being personal and knowing you as an individual.To top it off they do special things for their customers, such as offering fresh coffee and homemade cookies. They make sure you know about anything they offer that could benefit you. At the same time they don't try to sell you on things. If you're looking for somebody that has your interest at heart that is this Bank. That is how they maintain their customer base.”

But this week I needed to get some help for my friend and former business partner who along with his wife is in assisted living she under Hospice care and he losing his eye sight. “I’ve been a member with Genisys since I was a teenager (I’m almost 29 now). I’ve always been super happy to have them as my credit union. They really do care about helping you with your financial situation and hearing any concerns you may have. So far, I have not encountered a branch of theirs that I didn’t like. The White Lake branch in particular though really stands out to me because of rep Lauren LaBelle. She is super awesome; not only because she is enthusiastic and really cares about her job, but she’s also a very compassionate, caring and understanding person. I came to the branch earlier today and expressed to her how I was struggling heavily with some financial burdens that I had caused myself and she listened to me thoroughly, never judging me one time. She encouraged me to create a plan for myself, to remain strong and focused; even to find work that brings me real peace and happiness. She truly is a gem.
