“Was trying to buy a vehicle. Didn't know I had a spending limit of 5.000. So at the dealership card kept saying denied. It was on a Saturday. Had to call locations out of state to get it resolved. Mich branches were closed by this time. But came thur in a big way.”

“The Fifth Third Bank has incredibly helpful and friendly employees. My banking business is rather mundane, but the employees still take my business seriously and treat me with respect. I often have to wait in line if I use a bank inside of a grocery store. I have never had to wait in line at this bank location. They always have several tellers and several managers available for all of your questions and concerns. This bank location also does a very good job of making sure the snow is shoveled and the sidewalks are not icy if slipping and falling is a concern. Of course they also have the drive through. This is the best bank.”
