“I’ve lived in the area my whole life, Lakeview has watched me grow up. I love everyone there and they make you feel like family. Never had any complaints about anyone there. Hands down the best people! I recommend the chicken salad croissant from the deli!”
“Love this store BUT the older cashier with grey hair. He is consistantly rude and makes awful comments to people. I have spoken to a manager twice. Obviously they will keep anyone, rude or not.”
“First time customer here and wow! You can taste the flavor immediately, the food is fresh and not dried out like others. Absolutely amazing experience and the staff is cheerful and helpful. Could not recommend a place more. Don’t go anywhere else, try this first.”
“One of the Novi Classics when it comes to Asian food. Best local Asian grocer store I could ask for. Growing up with this I felt like Korea was never that distant”
“Very friendly employees and a lot of fun and very helpful. The meat and deli counters are always well stocked and neat. I Iike their dairy, produce sections. Clean, neat and well stocked.”
“Great store. Well stocked. Meat counter is outstanding and always fresh. The store is clean and staff is friendly. We love the produce section. Fresh sandwiches available. Soup is fresh and delicious.”
“We got shorted big time by our pop delivery compnay this week so we had to go clear out gfs of all there pop. Thank God they had a good amount. We had to clear them out 2 days in a row. They were happy to help and even told us they had more in back if we needed it. They even offer to help load it all but we refused. We felt bad taking all the pop but we had to. Thank for helping us get through our event.”
“Yesterday was our first experience in the store. Very clean and we especially loved seeing the large selection of foods. I noticed the prices are close to what we pay at a large chain. We definitely say give it a try and we will be returning customers.”
“This location is the best!!! The store manager is always working and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The store is clean and well stocked. Prices may be higher but I guarantee it is worth it.”
“Such a great grocery store! Staff was very helpful. Aaron helped us a lot. Ty! Saved our Easter dinner, our stove had broke. Luckily they had rotisserie chicken. The selection is amazing”
“I love the farm fresh meats and diary. The only thing is the cost continue to go up.
Update: Thanks for the response! I appreciate the quality and transparency—just hoping prices stabilize over time.”
“I am a Doordash driver, and I went in here to pick up an order for someone. The owner (I presume) gave me a free cheese bread while I was picking it up. I have over 1000 deliveries and I have never encountered such kind, generous people like this at a business before! It was very meaningful to me because I hadn't had breakfast or lunch yet. Thank you 🙏 I was very hungry. Not to mention it was delicious! 10/10! Michelin star worthy!”
“I genuinely enjoy shopping at Westborn Market and do, often. It has a friendly staff, quality products, and a great atmosphere. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the store.
My only significant criticism concerns the store’s closing procedures. The staff routinely begin putting away much of the fresh produce and prepared foods at least an hour before the posted closing time. As a result, customers who shop during those final hours don’t have access to the same selection and shopping experience as those who come earlier in the day. It can be frustrating to arrive while the store is technically open, only to find that many items are unavailable.
If the store needs additional time for end-of-day cleanup and stocking, it might be better to officially close earlier. Otherwise, customers should be able to expect full access to products until the actual closing time, with cleanup beginning after the doors are closed. In spite of this issue, I love Westborn would happily recommend.”
“Great meat selection at reasonable prices. We typically purchase the entire NY Strip loin and they process it for me at the counter and wrap it up for future meals. I also love the fact they give the trimmings and grind it into burger (if requested). Great service and would continue to use.”
“Country Fair Market has some of the best fried chicken in this area. It is consistently good, and everything is well packed in durable trays. This corner store located on the rural western edge of Northville and Salem stands out among other fried chicken restaurants in the area that are expensive and serve badly cooked food. I highly recommend the drive to Country Fair for its chicken, mozzarella sticks, and potato wedges. The amount of food is perfect for larger groups too.”
“Wixom food market has been in our beloved community for over 50 years. The owner Sam is known far and wide . He cashed a many FORD paychecks see back when the Wixom plant was right across the street.”
“Finally visited this location in person, after years of ordering from here via Instacart. Great selection of gluten free snacks, expanded yogurt options and a solid selection of game meats ( we buy their venison and bison blends). I will definitely be going back for in-person shopping.”
“Clean, well stocked, reasonable prices. Meat and produce both looked excellent. I haven't shopped at Save A Lot in many years and I was pleasantly surprised!”
“I visited the store yesterday, I only came for one product that they didnt sell in store, I was there quite a while but got stopped by Michigan 1st rep that was nice promoting services but my favorite experience here was shopping in fashion... I found alot of extremely great buys and got exceptional sevice from Destiny, she is a true professional and was very patient & kind she is representing Walmarts very well and shrle would be the reason why I would continue to shop at this location! Kudos to Destiny ... I hope Walmarts is treating you well, you deserve the best and a raise😉😊😇”
“I "almost Always" purchase gas from the Kroger Fuel Centers because of the fuel discount. MY Wife & I moved from Brighton, MI to South Lyon, MI near the end of March, 2023, and the Kroger here has the Kroger Fuel Center also. Very convenient!”
“Very good indian grocers in the Novi area. You will be able to get all of the indian items which includes vegetables, pooja items, indian food items and commodities from India.”

“Love Aldi on Wixom. The bathrooms are clean with a clean baby changing center. The selection is pretty big too and cheaper than most. You do need to double-check the produce because you will get some bad ones. The employees are amazing! They are so nice, they always let me use the same cart because moving the baby can be a hassle, and they are the ones that point out if the produce is bad and tells me right away.
UPDATE: I have moved 30 minutes away from this store and recently started going back a few months ago. I mainly do curbside pickup and it has been a great experience. You get notified of refunds, can text in real time if you want a replacement, and the orders usually are finished earlier than expected which I love! Everyone in the store and at pickup is very kind and considerate. Also, I have saved $100+ on my groceries coming here instead of Kroger”
“best store in the area. owners are the greatest. they make sure to treat everyone with respect and if they dont have what you are looking for make sure to ask when they will have it. been going here for 7 years and will continue until i leave the area”
“Very helpful staff in the pharmacy and in the Women's Department today. The u scan attendant is always cordial and not staring at his phone like at another Meijer store (near work) that I also frequent often.”
“We ordered a chocolate sheet cake with whipped frosting. Cake looked great and tasted great - everyone asked us where we got it! The party girl and her guests were totally wowed. The decorator (Carrie) was very talented, and we enjoyed seeing her get creative with the image we gave her. Thank you, Kroger!”

“We are new to the area and I was very surprised by how kind all the employees were. In most walmarts you visit, its very obvious how unhappy the staff is. However, every interaction ive had at this walmart has been pleasant and helpful.”
