“We got shorted big time by our pop delivery compnay this week so we had to go clear out gfs of all there pop. Thank God they had a good amount. We had to clear them out 2 days in a row. They were happy to help and even told us they had more in back if we needed it. They even offer to help load it all but we refused. We felt bad taking all the pop but we had to. Thank for helping us get through our event.”
“I visited the store yesterday, I only came for one product that they didnt sell in store, I was there quite a while but got stopped by Michigan 1st rep that was nice promoting services but my favorite experience here was shopping in fashion... I found alot of extremely great buys and got exceptional sevice from Destiny, she is a true professional and was very patient & kind she is representing Walmarts very well and shrle would be the reason why I would continue to shop at this location! Kudos to Destiny ... I hope Walmarts is treating you well,you deserve the best and a raise😉😊😇”

“Christine in the bakery department is amazing with customer service & just her kindness alone is unmatched.. my cake order was declined after Novi experienced the water issues on March 7th which is totally understand and they were unable to make my order. Christine called me early Saturday morning to let me know they can’t make it but she figured out a way to get me a spider man cake for my sons she pulled it off for me and took a lot of stress of my day with a sheet cake pre mad with spider man accessories! Turned out super cute! she’s amazingly kind & very helpful. I will be back to see in my future bakery orders & just to stop by and say hi! I definitely recommend asking for her if you need help with a bakery order!”

I gave them a 4 star review because of the lady that was helping at the self check out line her name was Nicolette and she was absolutely amazing helping everyone out even when some people were being snappy due to her being the only one working…. She handled the employee shortage very well and as a customer I appreciate her and all her hard work! This Kroger was in good hands with her today and I hope they acknowledge her in some way because she deserves it! Thank you Ms Nicolette!”
“Had a wonderful shopping experience at the Kroger Store on Bristol Rd.,Flint, Mi. today (5-20-23). The store is very well stocked with many choices. I was very pleased to find Kroger brand items I had never seen before in any Kroger in the city. The store was very clean, and all shelves were neatly stacked. Employees were pleasant and helpful.”
