“I purchased a new washing machine and had the pleasure of being helped by Mark B. He was able to find the exact model I saw online and promptly brought it out. He even helped me with the discounts I couldn’t get to load at check out. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and never came off as pushy. I believe the other associate was Mary who was also very personable. As soon as I was done with my purchase, Mark already had someone to help load the machine in my car right away. What I thought was going to be a daunting process was made so much easier thanks to him! I was in and out in under an hour! Thanks again Mark for making it such an easy and enjoyable experience!”

One had to do with a missing custom mounting part for a medicine cabinet and the other a dented hot water heater tank.
In both cases I felt the team both offered and promptly employed reasonable/exceptional solutions.

“A great clean, brightly lighted store. On Sunday afternoon we went in searching an elusive spacer for a new wall clock mechanism. I found one in their small parts area. Like finding a needle in a haystack. We also picked up on some cinnamon gummy bears while walking to pay at the cashier. This flavor is another a rare find. We were in & out in maybe 10 minutes.”

“The staff is wonderful I just wish the prices would come down on the feed lot of people can't afford to feed their animals anymore and are getting rid of them.”
