I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jeremy and the service I received from their shop. Jeremy arrived quickly to tow my vehicle and was a calming force when I was a little shaken from the mishap. He later thoroughly explained the repairs that were needed, promptly ordered the necessary parts, and worked with my insurance company to get the process started. I just picked up my vehicle today, which was completed much quicker than I expected, and it looks and drives like new. I highly recommend Precision Auto & Body to anyone who finds themself in a similar situation. They are a knowledgeable, honest, and customer-service oriented business. “I’ve been looking for some 2 1/2” pipe for my exhaust system. No one in the Michiana area that I have called had any pipe in stock that they would sell except Hoffman Bros! I bought 17 feet at what I considered was a fair price and they had it in stock. The longest piece you can get from the auto parts store is 28” and that was almost half the cost of the 10’ section I bought. Close to $1/inch. They were also friendly too! Hoffman Bros will get my business from now on.”
“Want to give a shout out to the young man and lady running things last Saturday evening (Apr 10). We had a situation where we had just bought a 32' long travel trailer and were bringing it home when our oil light came on unexpectedly in our truck and the pressure started dropping. At 6:05 pm, they were the only local outfit still open for a quick oil change and after quickly disconnecting from the camper, they got us right in and saved our evening as we were still an hour from home. Really appreciate them!”
