I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jeremy and the service I received from their shop. Jeremy arrived quickly to tow my vehicle and was a calming force when I was a little shaken from the mishap. He later thoroughly explained the repairs that were needed, promptly ordered the necessary parts, and worked with my insurance company to get the process started. I just picked up my vehicle today, which was completed much quicker than I expected, and it looks and drives like new. I highly recommend Precision Auto & Body to anyone who finds themself in a similar situation. They are a knowledgeable, honest, and customer-service oriented business. “I spoke with Steve when I called inquiring about replacing the headlight bulbs in a jeep compass and I was impressed with how he responded with the answers to my questions and when my sis went to the store she was very pleased with the service I don’t know who replaced the bulbs but they told her that someone had incorrectly installed the existing bulbs and were not totally screwed in the bulb housing , they were not even tightly sealed so I think they should be acknowledged for doing there job properly and with great care and service thank you Steve and your coworkers have a great weekend”

“I’ve been looking for some 2 1/2” pipe for my exhaust system. No one in the Michiana area that I have called had any pipe in stock that they would sell except Hoffman Bros! I bought 17 feet at what I considered was a fair price and they had it in stock. The longest piece you can get from the auto parts store is 28” and that was almost half the cost of the 10’ section I bought. Close to $1/inch. They were also friendly too! Hoffman Bros will get my business from now on.”
