“Everyone is always very helpful and informative! I know I'm so annoying calling asking crazy questions haha but they are always nice and try their very best to help me out! Mark said the next appt wasn't until the following week but told me if I get it up there and they have time they will look at it. I immediately had it towed and it was done before the Monday that the appt was available and that was even with a extra problem we didn't know about! You all are awesome from the Kia side to the Chevy side and I think I will forever keep my business with you all! Thank You!!”

“December 18th 2024. I was visiting the area from Iowa. And my battery would no longer start my car. My husband ordered the battery. New wiper blades and washer fluid online from Iowa. I got a jump, went into the store and told them why I was there. It was very quick, very easy. And the most important part is the wonderful staff that helped me Install the battery and the wiper blades and the washer fluid. And they never lost patience with me despite the fact that I could not find the hood release. It's good to know that There is still good customer service in the auto industry. Thanks to the staff that was so helpful.”

I would like to respectfully comment on your complaint. You called us for a 100,000 mile check up and what it would entail. We did so, found multiple leaks (power steering pump, front crank seal, oil pan gasket). If another garage told you your car is fine then I would ask for the third opinion because there are clearly issues with your car that needs to be addressed. I am sorry that you feel like we tried to take advantage but your 8 year old car with 100,000 miles needs some attention whether here or elsewhere to remain reliable for you. Those are just the facts of car ownership and the maintenance that is required. Good luck to you and I hope that you get the issues addressed so you will have many more trouble free miles with you car.”

“Want to give a shout out to the young man and lady running things last Saturday evening (Apr 10). We had a situation where we had just bought a 32' long travel trailer and were bringing it home when our oil light came on unexpectedly in our truck and the pressure started dropping. At 6:05 pm, they were the only local outfit still open for a quick oil change and after quickly disconnecting from the camper, they got us right in and saved our evening as we were still an hour from home. Really appreciate them!”

“Cindy, Kacey, young lady from register 12 and her crew from yesterday between 10/11am were all excellent... I found 2 associates over by the clearance aisle that were both very kind, helpful and accommodating... I asked them while stocking if the could assist on obtaining a price on a clearance item! These associates without hesitation smiled and immediately answered my questions quickly, efficiently. They were back to stocking in no time... I have been told sooooo many times by a Wal-Mart associate (at other locations) "If you need to check a price, we have price checkers at 2 spots in the store." I was in a hurry yesterday came in shopped for exactly what I needed and only was through the store so quickly due to all the proficient abilities of the multiply staff I encountered yesterday... If those ladies had read me the "Price Checker Line" on me, I truthfully would have said ok thank u, put the items back and walked away from something I needed with in my weekly budget. Honestly, if the 1st people that I speak to in the store and ask for guidance on a store item isn't helpful and wont attempt to locate that information I need I just leave. Those businesses clearly does not need my money. I wont shop at any establishment that is ok with allowing its employees to not be properly informed of proper customer service. I come to a store to shop not learn how to work there. Yesterday I had so many complications with my Wal-Mart pay on my app, but it wasn't as serious to me. Due to the fact that my over all experience was very helpful from the moment I walk out of the car and was offered a cart by Kasey and the gentlemen that was pushing the carts me to the door. This staff never gave up on trying any suggestion I had to use the money I has accumulated through my Savings Catcher . It took about 35 min, 3 registers and many minds to finally make my app register to the scan code. But they NEVER gave up. Honestly this is the Only Wal-Mart that has more often exceeded my expectations than any other one I have ever been to... Thank you guys for making my day easier and my life get more organized. “Absolutely amazing their customer service skills are above and beyond. I originally went to Lochmandy in Elkhart and maaaaan that was a mistake they wanted to schedule me two weeks out and charge me an arm and a leg. Tyler's was fast and efficient worth the drive if not in your immediate area. I will forever sing their praise cus they saved me when I needed it. Tim was who helped me and he was the bee's knees. 10/10 would recommend ?”
