“Attention Old People - This new upgrade with the White Box……SUCKS! Not User Friendly at our age. If you’re looking for easy set up, head down the street to xfinity, you won’t find anything that makes sense here. No instructions in the box, - QR codes that lead you everywhere but an easy set up. Phone assistance call backs that play music instead of having a person on the other end. Good Luck”
“Just great customer service. Drove down from Saint Joseph to get an Apple Watch but only had one in stock of the one my boyfriend and I wanted. Bummer! BUT Tommy went above and beyond. He checked with the store in mall and they also had one in stock! So he drove there (in the snow) and picked it up for us! Seriously, he’s the man to see (and my cat is Tommy too!)”

A young man named Miles was there to assist me
I had acquired malware through a bogus app and my phone was a mess.
Miles took 3 minutes to go through my phone and deleted apps that were bogus. Had my smiling face leaving the store by 11:15.
Kudos to Xfinity but especially to Miles!”
