“Jae and Jody are amazing!!! I came in for a tour and left feeling like family. Even if I don't move to Redwood Canton, I feel like I have gained two friends. The Canton community feels like home and the apartment homes are very nice and spacious. I like a different floor plan and that would be the only reason I don't move to this neighborhood. I wish Redwood offered similar floor plans at all locations because I really liked the Canton area and love Jae and Jody.”
“Loving my time at Sky Gate Apartments so far! Finding this place was honestly such a smooth process, no stress at all. The community is super clean and quiet, exactly what I wanted.
Big shoutout to Rimsha Virk — she was so sweet and helpful the whole way through, answered all my random questions without ever making me feel like a bother lol. Made the whole moving process way less stressful.”

“I have been here a few months and overall have good things to say about the complex. The apartments are spacious and well-appointed. Apartments are well soundproofed and I have never heard my neighbors (granted I chose a top floor unit so nobody would be walking overhead). The leasing staff are helpful and repairs are completed quickly. The grounds are fairly well maintained and clean. The location is nice and a reasonably short walk from downtown Plymouth and a short drive from just about anything you might need. There is plenty of parking for residents and guests.My main issue is something that the apartment complex has no control over but should be considered when looking at this place... there are train tracks nearby and CONSTANT train horns can be heard at all hours of the day and night, loud enough to wake you up (even with windows closed). The units are also priced aggressively high but not completely unreasonable for the amenities, market, and location. The gym has limited equipment and there is no pool.”

“Okay it’s about time I write a review and I usually never do, I lived at town court from 2020 to 2023. It was the best place I could have ever imagined to be my first time being on my own. I had to move out for a year due to job relocation, but once my job was done, all I could think about was wanting to move back to town court. I came back to live here 2025, and so far it’s still as great as I remember it. Comparing town court to all other places, it’s truly a gem. It’s quiet, clean, spacious, the maintenance team is on top of it. The office is wonderful especially Trish. No one asked me to write a review and there is no true reason why I’m here typing this except for the fact that no matter where I go, town court carries my best memories and the most comfortable life style. It’s secure, definitely can be hard to find for guests and deliveries but to be honest, I think I like that better lol. Amenity wise, I absolutely love the style, I wouldn’t say the pool is my favorite but it’s never been a thing I use so I don’t really care about it, the gym may be a bit small but it has everything you may need for a quick workout. I mainly adore the units themselves and the team that keeps this place afloat. I never had a bad thing to say about town court. If you’re thinking about moving here I recommend 100%. No place you go to will be perfect, you will always find a thing or two you may not like. But I’ve been in the apartment industry quite a while, I’ll always come back here looking for a place when I need one. Thank you town court for all that you do.”
“It's a good place to live. Neighbors are nice. Management is nice. Maintenance is good.i give it 9 been here over ayear would recommend it a lot of things to do in the neighborhood we also need to have a permanent manager. Andrew was a good manager Angelica, good manager and Cheryl.”
“I have lived here at Hines for well over a year, and it was the best choice I could have made. The apartments are very affordable, well structured, and very easy to personally maintain. Complimented with neighbors who are very respectful and comfortable to be in community with. This complex (especially the staff within the leasing office, and who maintain the buildings) has been nothing but helpful and accommodating to me ever since residing here. With this being my first apartment I was admittedly naive to a lot of things in regards to living in one, but any questions or concerns I have ever had were answered earnestly and honestly (and I usually have a lot of them). Even with new faces over the months they have only proved to be a welcome edition. Just a few weeks ago Faye out front helped me to figure out how I should go about the new year within the complex, and couldn’t have been more of a help. I can’t thank everyone at Hines enough, but I also cannot recommend a more quality place to live.”

“The Ascent is a quiet and clean apartment complex. My apartment itself was really nice- in particular, the updated kitchen and bathroom felt fancy. The complex is well-maintained and I never had any issues with things like snow removal. Valet Living comes and picks up trash from your door 5 days a week. No problems with things like paying rent, getting the security deposit back, etc. They also offer yearly carpet cleaning after you renew your lease, which was really nice.
When I first moved to my apartment in 2022, the management was very responsive and quickly handled maintenance problems. Maintenance got less responsive when management changed. For example, there were a couple times when my shower faucet would break and I waited 3-5 days before anyone came out to fix it.
As of fall 2025 (when I left), maintenance would often mark work orders as completed when nobody had actually come out to even look at the problem. The AC was broken in the gym all summer, so it was often as warm as 80 degrees in there during the day. I discussed this with other gym-goers who said they were also reporting it to no avail, but the staff tried to tell me that the problem had been fixed and that I was the only person reporting it. This was really frustrating!
Overall, I had a positive experience living at The Ascent, but it was always a struggle when something needed to be repaired.”

She took the time to answer my questions, show me around, and make the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. I truly appreciated her kindness and the information she provided. “My smoke detector was chirping. I tried to change the battery but I couldn’t put the new battery in. This was at around 8pm. I was reluctant to call the after hours service because I knew it wasn’t an emergency. But it would have been chirping all night. I called emergency maintenance and Curtis came with no problem. To find out the unit itself was bad. Thank you Curtis!”
“I recently lived at this apartment complex for a year. I enjoyed my experience. For me, i was looking for a 1 bedroom apartment with central air and an in-unit washer/dryer. I also liked, i didn't have neighbors above or below me. (which means i barely heard my neighbors)
I did have some maintenance issues but they were always handled promptly and professionally by Wendy and her team. Even with my moveout, they were very accommodating that really eased my stress with my move
However, i do have to mention some cons. Some parking lots fill up fast. So be aware about parking when choosing an apartment. Also, the units were built in the 1980s. So don't expect things to be in perfect order. However, from my experience the meadowwood team was always there to hear me out and fix the issues”
“Great family type community atmosphere, wonderful amenities. Quiet evenings, to enjoy beautiful sunsets !?☀️?☀️Large, spacious apartment living. Plenty of parking. (Laundry facilities on site.Pool, convince shopping near by, food delivery available, etc.)Excellent oncall / maintenance repair services.Happy, healthy and safe community for people, of all ages, ethnicities, and disabilities.They try to make every attempt to accommodate their tenants.I would give Sheldon Park Apartments an 8.5 out of 10.”

“I love my place for many reasons. location and near family and friends. It's quiet and peaceful. My concern and frustration comes with how long it's takes to follow up with repairs. Sometimes I have to keep following up and if down it might not get down. For most repairs when maintenance come they always do good job. It's not their fault. I think they don't have enough maintenance people.”

“Great starter appt for me. I lived here all four years of my college career. The maintenance guy came either the day I called or the next day. The staff was nice. Great location...directly across the street from an mjr,(I watched so many matinees). And I did get my deposit back. Only missing a star because it needed some updates.”

“2 months in, apartment is pretty good overall. Good space, good lighting, quiet neighborhood. Application process was made easy by my girl Teela at the office. She answered all my questions and made sure I was taken care of. Thanks Teela!
In terms of apartment improvements, Could benefit with some light posts to see at night if walking as well as some sidewalks. Maintenance took some time to get my move in fixes. nd some small things here and there I can live with.
Overall 3.5 but Teela made it a 4.”
“It has been very convenient I love the area,but I don't like the small pencil belcony stick's holding the belcony.
It makes the foundation looks very bad and the entrance sign would have a better view if it wasn't leaning.
