“We have been utilizing Plymouth Plumbing (41743 Joy Road, Canton, Michigan) for many years at our home residence. Gary (Primary Plumber) at the organization has outstanding skill level, is very professional, and extremely knowledgeable on virtually any home plumbing issue that may be encountered. He has installed toilets, water shut-off valves, a utility tub, sink faucet service supply lines, faucet internal rebuilds, basement sewer repair items, and other water leakage problems both inside and outside of the house. Gary also responds very quickly to customer phone call concerns, orders new hardware as needed, and makes the necessary repairs in a very timely fashion. The office Customer Sales Staff (both Sue and Suzy) are extremely professional, efficient, and responsive to every request (including job cost quotations). We wouldn't call anyone else to handle our home Plumbing needs! ☺️”

“First time visitor. They seem to cater to pros but they took the time to help me find the parts I needed to solve a plumbing problem as a homeowner. A much better experience than trying to find what you need at Lowes or Home Depot. They also spent quite a bit of time with me to answer general questions I had about faucets even though I only spent about 7 bucks while I was there. I will be back.”

“Great customer service in this location!! Right when we walked in, we were attended to right away. We had an order pick up and return and it was a smooth and easy transaction. Lots of workers and we were asked a couple times if we needed help. Crowd wasn’t too much and we were in and out. The guy who helped us in self-checkout helped us out and even got a box for us.
