“6/3/2025 My husband and I visited 4 different appliance stores and none of there prices or customer service compared to that which we received from Damon (ABC Warehouse Canton MI) Damon was very informative, a true expert when it comes to manufacture brands. He was very professional and respectful of our budget. We visited on Saturday and all four of our appliances where delivered this morning! The process was smooth and easy!!! Damon is amazing!!! “This place is an audio gear lovers paradise. First, be prepared to be shocked with the massive inventory in such a tiny space. The owner, Moses, has audio gear knowledge that astounds me every time I have visited. He will take the time to inform you and walk you through your buying experience. If the receiver you're interested in is in the middle of a stack, Moses will pull it out and connect it to a massive array of speakers for you to see and hear.Over the last few years, all of my bland modern pieces of gear, with no personality, have been replaced. All of my gear now is vintage with personality and plenty of heartwarming sound. All from Ecotopia. I'm sure hi-fi enthusiasts will understand what that means.Thanks for all your time, Moses. Been a Metro customer for almost 2 decades and can say that Kam and Samba have been the best customer service ever, The manager Moe, employee Sarah and new employee Brian are all just awesome too, I'm actually convinced they aren't just CSRs but they are Earth Angels in disguise. The compassionate personalble service received on their team is unrivaled!! I come here for my wireless needs first even when there may be a bit of a wait it's worth it because you are getting thorough service done right and accuracy and politeness over swiftness is always best. They will always let you know what's the best for your budget, help how they can and if it's something they don't have carry let you know if they know of anything else that will do. She is knowledgeable and has the best prices for all her merchandise. I bought Two phones from her and she showed me how to navigate through the phone and transfered all our info and I had shopped around and Nicole beat all the prices I had gotten from stores surrounding hers. “I went to pick up an open box 77inch tv today, and realized when I got there that the tv did not have a box. Obviously, there is zero way to ratchet strap a TV to a truck bed when it’s outside of the box, and on top of that, I had an hour drive home.
The manager was able to find some pieces in the back, and they built up a box with styrofoam protection inside for me. Great work by them, because I wouldn’t have taken the TV otherwise. Thank you such much guys for being understanding!”

“Love this target! All staff I've encountered are helpful and caring. They always take the time to be patient with me and don't rush me while doing returns and such. I'm also fond of the curbside pickup system they have and I hardly have to wait more than a few minutes for my order. The workers always help me troubleshoot when I can't get my app to work since I'm not the best with technology.
I haven't frequented many targets but compared to some other retailers similar to target, the managers here always go above and beyond the help me when other employees don't have the right tools. I can tell the managment here is held to higher standards than others.
Overall great place, good vibes, lots of smiles. Love to see it.”
“I recently purchased a HDB8X for OTA Television. I am so pleased with the setup. The Antenna is manufactured sturdily built, simple to put together and Install. I was only receiving about 20 Channels with my previous setup. I also purchased a Winegard LNA-200 and Coax. Now I receive 73 Channels. I'm ecstatic, It's just put together on the tower not even erected to highest point. Wow!! Once the installation is raised and rotatable I expect I will get even more stations.”

“Like this store alot, BUT I wear JOCKEY WIDE STRAP BRALETTES. They are on the very top of thht area of bras, by Jockey. Cannot reach to locate a SMALL. there should be a better way to hang these bralettes. No one around to help, nor a pole to remove the 30 on the hooks, to FIND a small..and there were none, this week. Did find ONE LAST WEEK, at this store.”
