“Amazing! Super honest, friendly and high quality work. We had one group come out and quote us for a 1000 bucks more for an unnecessary repair on our fireplace. These guys were friendly and accommodating to our schedule. Mike took the time to show us things and give us tips. These are the people to call!!”
“I purchased a new washing machine and had the pleasure of being helped by Mark B. He was able to find the exact model I saw online and promptly brought it out. He even helped me with the discounts I couldn’t get to load at check out. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and never came off as pushy. I believe the other associate was Mary who was also very personable. As soon as I was done with my purchase, Mark already had someone to help load the machine in my car right away. What I thought was going to be a daunting process was made so much easier thanks to him! I was in and out in under an hour! Thanks again Mark for making it such an easy and enjoyable experience!”
“Couple recent negative product experiences were handled exceptionally well by the customer service team at the Plymouth location.
One had to do with a missing custom mounting part for a medicine cabinet and the other a dented hot water heater tank.
In both cases I felt the team both offered and promptly employed reasonable/exceptional solutions.
Great job Home Depot Plymouth customer service.”
“The staff is wonderful I just wish the prices would come down on the feed lot of people can't afford to feed their animals anymore and are getting rid of them.”
“Michael was so great helping my step dad and I in the building and even came outside with gloves to help us load everything up. I will be back to this location mainly because of Michael! Thank you so much for going above and beyond- obviously loves to help. Great employee”
“Pro-Source in Wixom is the best! Great selections, the best pricing and absolutely wonderful customer service. John is the account manager we worked with and kept us informed with ship dates, and referred us to a great installer, (Monty). We are a repeat client and will never shop anywhere else for flooring. :)”
“Loren at the Plymouth, MI Home Depot just spent 45 minutes with my son and I helping us figure out exactly what we needed for a science project. He was so kind and helpful and provided exceptional customer service. Thank you for your ideas and patience!”
“We came at the end of the night to buy some drywall and even thought the store was going to be closing soon we had workers willing to help with the getting down and loading of drywall. I dont know all who were involved but I know Bart, Kevin, and Ryan were 3 of them and we are appreciative!”
“The services from the staff was excellent, especially Brian who took time to assist us in replacing my new licenses plate. He was patient and assisted us throughout the process. We left this property satisfied.”
“Great place to have your propane tanks filled. They've just started a punch card for refills (2/25) after 10 you pay for tax only on the 11th. Always get a full refill here. Not always the case with exchanges.”
“Wow those employees were really out today asking if we needed help - 2026 update
2025 update! still my go to home Depot.
My go to home depot. Smallish, but has a rental yard. The tile Selection is poor and the trim for wood is small Selection as well. But the store overall is great”
“Kim in hardware was extremely helpful. Rather than just send me to an isle, she helped me locate all the items I was looking for. She seemed to really care... They need more employees like her!”
“Stoped by to pick up some cameras and a doorbell. Everyone at the checkout was super helpful getting stuff out of the security cage for me. Russell even ran to the back to get me some items that were not up front. Thanks for being so helpful.”
“I would highly recommend that anyone looking to rent a tool/equipment visit Sam at The Home Depot located in Commerce. I came in twice in the past week to rent a box truck. He is so personable and genuinely helpful, and he instantly won my trust. From paperwork to operation, he made sure I felt informed, confident, and ready to go. Sam, thank you for making a difference and achieving excellence in customer service.”
“A great clean, brightly lighted store. On Sunday afternoon we went in searching an elusive spacer for a new wall clock mechanism. I found one in their small parts area. Like finding a needle in a haystack. We also picked up on some cinnamon gummy bears while walking to pay at the cashier. This flavor is another a rare find. We were in & out in maybe 10 minutes.”
