“We had such a wonderful experience at Ace Hardware thanks to Margaret and DJ. Margaret was incredibly sweet and friendly, and what really stood out was that she remembered my name after just a random quick interaction the day before when I had stopped in to look at their zero-turn lawn mowers. When my wife and I came back the next day to purchase one, she recognized me right away and even remembered my name, which made the whole experience feel very personal.
During the purchasing process, there was a small setback with the total not coming out correctly, but Margaret and DJ, the store manager, went above and beyond to make things right. They were both so kind, helpful, and genuinely apologetic about the delay, even though my wife and I were not in any rush at all. They made sure we felt taken care of every step of the way.
What impressed us even more was how well they handled everything while the store suddenly got very busy and a line started forming at checkout. They stayed friendly, professional, and focused on helping us while also managing the rush of customers. Margaret and DJ truly went above and beyond, and we really appreciate their excellent customer service. They made our mower purchase a great experience, and we would absolutely recommend this Ace Hardware location because of them.”

“Hunt’s Ace Hardware is certainly “THE BEST” hardware store in Michigan! Their Team of dedicated professionals is always there to help from the moment you walk into the store until you are ready to check-out! “Sky Works is amazing. Don’t waste your time dealing with Home Depot. I went their first and it was a complete dumpster fire. The woman at the desk basically begged me not to rent the skid steer they had because she didn't know how to rent it out. Sky Works was the opposite. The guys are complete professionals. They loaded me up in 5 minutes and taught me how to use the machine. It was cheaper than the Depot too. My dad flipped the skid steer over and they sent out a mechanic to fix it and they didnt give me a hard time or even charge me. Thank you guys, you made a seemingly impossible project get done.”
“these folks are great! we brought our ego mower in for repair . They are the only ones around who fix ego. We lost our receipt from Lowes so ego said they wouldn't warranty the repair. I was ok with it cuz we did indeed lose the receipt . Turns out the gentleman who works on them called Ego and got our repair covered under warranty! This saved us almost 200 bucks ! What a great bunch of honest helpful people ! Highly recommend.”

“I recently purchased a Husqvarna chainsaw from Outdoor Equipment with the help of salesman Matt Chmielewski. The experience was excellent—quick, hassle-free, and well-organized. The facility is clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive impression.
They also offer hydraulic line fabrication, which is a convenient service. The lines that Eric Samul made for me have held up better than the originals from the manufacturer. Highly recommend!”

“I spent 90 days chasing my tail with online businesses and manufacturer 'help' lines trying to find one specific part. Nothing but a headache. I finally gave up on the internet and walked in here today.
The service was top-tier and they didn't waste my time. The ladies up front knew exactly where to send me, and the guy in the parts department was the real deal. He took one look at what I was trying to do and handed me a female-to-male adapter that solved the whole problem on the spot. No guessing, no 'let me check the computer'—just a guy who knows his parts.
It cost me ten bucks for the fitting and some silicone tape, and it saved me a massive amount of frustration. From now on, I'm coming here first. Good people, fair prices, and they actually know what they’re talking about.”
“I purchased a new washing machine and had the pleasure of being helped by Mark B. He was able to find the exact model I saw online and promptly brought it out. He even helped me with the discounts I couldn’t get to load at check out. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and never came off as pushy. “Couple recent negative product experiences were handled exceptionally well by the customer service team at the Plymouth location.
One had to do with a missing custom mounting part for a medicine cabinet and the other a dented hot water heater tank.
In both cases I felt the team both offered and promptly employed reasonable/exceptional solutions.
