Absolute perfection, from the quote, the regular updates, and handling the insurance claim, estimate and payment. The repair reset the car to new and they didn't quote unnecessary parts. The paint matches perfectly and the whole car looks immaculate.
Honestly, I was amazed, and you can see I only give reviews on the places I would recommend to my closest friends and family. I would recommend this shop to everyone and have confidence you'd be satisfied with the work. My damage was from hitting a deer. I filed the claim with my insurance, Gerber was on the list and so I selected them. They called me, and it was smooth sailing from there. They order parts and then call you when they're ready to go. Quickest down time! Just spectacular. This damage is on the car I bought from my earlier reviews. Its still running strong, no problems. Its nice when you can write reviews like this! “My family and I have been taking our vehicles to Beth at Howe for many years and every time we go it’s always a great experience, we drive 40+ minutes to bring our damage to Howe!!!

I recently had a hit and run and Beth knowing I am busy college student worked with me and my busy schedule to get it situated so that I was without a car. Howe is so easy with scheduling and gets the job done much quicker than expected. The rental car place was taking a while to pick me up from the collision shop and Beth and Erin who work the front desk offered to take me over so I wasn’t sitting there. Whoever works in the back does an amazing job as every time we’ve picked up a vehicle it looks as if the damage never happened! They set a high standard and it shows!!!”

“The finance manager that assisted me with my 2023 Lincoln Cosair was amazing. He and another salesperson made me feel very welcome. Hence, however, my experience dealing with the salesperson that assisted me with my purchase wasn’t favorable. He didn’t listen to me at times. I had to repeat myself over and over again. I was extremely annoyed and didn’t feel welcome. The overall dealership and customer service from the receptionist and service advisors in the back that assisted me were very kind and full of helpfulness. Would highly recommend the finance manager and his impeccable and kind demeanor to everyone else who is loolokg for a new or used Lincoln. Great selection of vehicles. Top tier indeed. Prefer them over BMW & Mercedes Benz any day. Great dealership overall.”

“Excellent!!!! The work, the attention to detail the craftsmanship, the customer service. I know MAACOs reputation but you have to realize they are independently owned. Your experience in one shop may vary vastly from your buddy’s across town. What I can say is I have a classic car with aluminum, steel and plastic pieces. For the work that MAACO off 8 mile road in Farmington MI did, my car looks WAYYY better than when I brought her in. There was an option where I could have gone with a “jerry rigged” fix to the drivers headlight because my used part had broken tabs. MAACO called me, let me know, I saw the headlight and it was a fine install but there were gaps, so I chose to re-replace my eBay headlight with another one that had intact tabs and the fit was flawless. A lot of shops would NOT go that Extra mile, they would tell you it’s good enough. So trust me, when you know what you want this MAACO shop will work with you.”

“Brought in my 2015 Genesis Coupe to have some work done. Thought that I needed to replace the tie rods. Turns out the noise I was hearing was a bad sway link that needed to be replaced, and jam nuts needed to be tightened on my adjustable suspension. They know what they're doing and love cars as much as I do. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done. They are awesome with what they do!”

“Ray is the God of mechanics. No, really. He is. I brought him a minivan that was totaled on paper, and this man worked some kind of magic being the mechanic God that he is and fixed this thing up so this mama of 5 could get back on the road within A WEEK. A WEEK ladies and gentlemen. He brought me to tears at his compassion and care for someone he didn’t even know. If you’re like me, and I know I am, it’s hard to be without a vehicle and stressful not being able to run kiddos around. Ray is truly someone I will never forget getting us back on the road. I didn’t have full coverage to make it possible to fix, but Ray worked with me and not only is this thing running, but you can’t even tell it was SMASHED up.”

“I really appreciate the staff here. There was a repair I needed done that I figured would have to be done by the Dealership because no other shop could figure out what's wrong. Called to other dealerships and they told me it would take a week or more just to look at my vehicle. Suburban said they can diagnose same day and get started on repairs the next day. They literally did just that! I was worried because I know repairs at the dealership can be costly, but at least I know it was done right. However, I want to speak on Rob. One of the techs who processed the intake. AMAZING guy. Very courteous, very helpful, and I truly appreciate his customer service. If I ever need repairs done at a Dealership again, I know who to call!”

“I had a hit-and-run accident last week, and all the shops I’ve been to quoted me between $1,000 to $1,400 for the paint scratches on the rear bumper.I finally took my car over to Lucky’s Collision, and Joey was able to remove the most of the other car’s paint and charged me only for the touch up paint bottle (around 30 bucks).It’s definitely not perfect close up, because it was not a complete paint overhaul, but as you can see now the paint damage is almost unnoticeable.Joey was very upfront and honest about the damage that my bumper had and did not overcharge me for the service which shows that he definitely knows his stuff.I definitely recommend this place to the others. “MPA repaired my 2020 Subaru last month and did a wonderful job! I scheduled it around a surgery (so I would not miss having the car). Their team got the work done even faster than I expected. The car looks great, and it appears they even detailed the inside of the car. To top it all off, since I could not come and pick up the car because I could not drive yet, their porters dropped it off to me. I will use MPA again if I ever have need and recommend them to all those I know. One other special item, when I mentioned I had to have surgery multiple members of their staff wished me well and let me know I would be in their thoughts and prayers. That goes above and beyond standard customer service!”

I was afraid they might total the car if there was more than a few thousand dollars worth of damage. Steve gave me an estimate for the repair and offered a cash discount since I was paying out-of-pocket. He and his team of shop guys did an excellent job on the car. He even fixed a couple smaller dents on the vehicle. They gave me a fair price and did excellent work. I was extremely happy with their service. I would highly recommend their body shop!!”

“Our car had damage on the left front quarter panel from an accident. Heather was the first person we spoke with at the body curve. She went through the 123 points of what would happen next. We were lucky that our car was still drivable. Tim gave us an estimate of the cost of parts. Heather let us know it was time to drop the car off when parts came. It was dropped off on a Monday and picked up our rental car. Heather informed us we could also make arrangements for the rental car to come to the shop, but for us that wasn't necessary since we had a second car. The following Tuesday our baby was ready to come home. Wow that was quick, easy, and painless. Tim and Mark are the owners of the body curve. They put our minds at ease and were able to match the paint to the Honolulu Blue that my husband loves so much. I ask you to please keep them in mind when your car needs repairs from accidents.
