“A friend & I had an outstanding encounter with Dave who is in sales at the Novi store. I can’t say enough how helpful Dave was. He made a meager sale with us but he took all the time we needed and helped us in a “delicate” situation. Also I want to mention another person who was a great help for our situation. She was very patient, and walked us through all of our options. All of her suggestions were top notch and we felt like she did not make us feel rushed or pushed. She gave us the space to choose what we wanted but provided SUCH helpful advice/thoughts to guide us along the way. I drove in from Chicago to pick up a sideboard I'd found on Etsy, and when I came to pick it up I found two additional pieces that I had to have! I really appreciated the trust Andy showed in me as a brand new customer; I had put a small deposit on the item and he was very relaxed about when I needed to pick it up, more than a month later. “One of the biggest Target around. You usually can find what you are looking for. Usually can find someone to help you and have enough check out lanes open.Good selection of bath bombs, gels, and soaks. Stuff you can't find else where. Large pet department with the cat stuff getting almost the same shelf space which is not the norm. I just wish they had more choices of women's clothing for those of us who prefer a more classic style. While the grocery section is more limited than a regular one, you can at least a few items in category you are looking for. Great place to find cheaper holiday stuff. Always spend TOO much every time I come”
