“Early, while still dark, en route to mid-OH to visit family, my oil light came on. The day before I had my oil changed at the dealership. Not being very mechanically inclined, I became concerned whether I'd be able to continue my trip that day as planned; moreover I wasn't sure what to do, other than check my oil. So I turned off Beck onto Eight Mile Rd and luckily found Jeff's Mobil station, which I had never been to before. Dora, the receptionist, was so very, very helpful and kind. I was flustered, couldn't even find the dealership's number on my phone, so she helped locate their general number for me via the Internet. Dora listened sympathetically and shared her knowledge and advice. I had already checked my oil stick. It looked like it was very low or even empty to me. I showed the dipstick to Dora to be sure she agreed, which she did. The dealership's service dept, where I had the oil change, was going to open in a few minutes at 7:30am. Then her manager Jeff came in, with whom she shared my problem. He kindly and quickly asked to see my car. He did a thorough review of my engine, oil level, checked for leaks, educated me on oil leak indicators (splash tray under engine), showed me how to gage oil level on dipstick, more accurately than I knew. He said it looked like I still had some oil in car, just low. He shared he was once a mechanic, which I didn't doubt; a very good one at that. He recommended adding a quart of oil and checking result. About that time the dealership was open, and the service manager suggested the same thing. They also wanted to see my car for a complimentary oil change.I appreciate Dora and Jeff's exceptional, attentive care, and assistance. When I purchased the quart of oil, I tried to tip Dora. She refused. Such kindness, generosity, and expertise isn't always found in businesses today. Thank you, Dora and Jeff, for being there for this Grandma.”

“These guys have it all!! Huge drink and snack collection, from healthy snacks to the not so healthy snacks. The guys are very helpful and always working on keeping the store clean and stocked. I've seen them help out the elderly or disabled on several occasions, really sweet guys. P.S. They probably have the nicest landscaping I've seen around town”
