“The new location is a wonderful upgrade to what was already a great store. Customer service has always been excellent and, as a woman in what feels like a male-dominated industry, I have always felt comfortable coming here. I do wish they had more scrap bins for wood blanks, but I do appreciate there offerings that they do have on a regular basis. I have not tried any of the classes here yet, but that is something I'm looking forward to doing this year!”

“I overheard one of my buyers saying "I need a big tool". Then she said, "That's not big enough. I need a bigger diameter." Meanwhile me and the other guys were laughing like crazy on the other side of the wall. She did order the large diameter drill we needed and she ordered it from this place. The quality of these tools is second to none. The spiral flute and the straight fluted drills work great in the materials they machine. The other thing I like about this place is the service. The salesmen that I have had calling on me are fantastic. Their technical accumen is their strong suit. Ask for Fast Eddie or Danny Dew. These guys know their stuff. Pricing is very competitive, but the reason I always come back is because of the service, service, service.”
