Okay so first it was my first time in the store location and I was waiting patiently while the t mobile team member was helping out someone in front of me. She took her time with this lady just like she took her time with me. “I recently purchased a HDB8X for OTA Television. I am so pleased with the setup. The Antenna is manufactured sturdily built, simple to put together and Install. I was only receiving about 20 Channels with my previous setup. I also purchased a Winegard LNA-200 and Coax. Now I receive 73 Channels. I'm ecstatic, It's just put together on the tower not even erected to highest point. Wow!! Once the installation is raised and rotatable I expect I will get even more stations.”

“Having recently decided to end my ATT account, I decided to check out Spectrum in Novi. Everyone there was helpful and pleasant. I honestly went in just for a new internet service only. I walked out with new internet, a free Verizon phone line for 12 months and a new phone. All of this for considerably less than my monthly fees for Verizon and ATT combined. I worked with a salesman named Jon. He was thorough and helpful. Thank you all!”
“I've been a T-Mobile customer for 10 plus years, and I have been to many different T-Mobile stores for assistance, but this T-Movile store in West Bloomfield is phenomenal! More specifically, Corey is extremely helpful, accommodating and gave me such great service with a smile. I had some phone issues and had to purchase a new phone and I have been to the store at least three times in the last week for assistance. Corey helped me each time, and was so kind in the process. This kind of employee is why I will continue to be with TMobile from now on! Thank you Corey and TMobile for great service and being there when I needed you most. “First we went to Verizon in Canton Mi. On Michigan ave. We went in and asked can you turn on spell check. The 2 employees didn't know anything about it. So we went to the Verizon in Westland on Warren rd at the Westland mall. We went in asked can you get spell check on her phone. The lady there fixed it in 5 seconds. I would recommend the Verizon in Westland!”
“I had a great experience at the T-Mobile store in 12 oaks mall in Novi MI! Austin was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I got the perfect plans and devices for my family needs. He patiently answered all the questions, explained the options in detail, and helped transfer data to the new phone creatively.
The store was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. I never felt rushed or pressured by Austin into deciding. Special shoutout to Austin for his outstanding customer service – he made the 4.5 hours long process smooth and stress-free for us.
If you planned to visit, my only suggestion is to make an appointment to avoid waiting for the staff who are helping other customers already.”
