He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Another person also helped, I never got his name but he was also helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did I get great shoes there but I felt safe. I'm not going to get into details but there was a creeper shopping there. Patrick knew how to handle the situation so that I felt safe. I didn't even have to say anything--he noticed on his own. More men should be like him.”

Mike the sales associate, was EXTREMELY cooperative in assisting me for a replacement, even though I was not a Rei member on this purchase and the deadline for a free replacement lapsed. He 'bent over' backwards to help me, culminating in a very satisfactory resolution of another new jacket at no charge. Now I am a member with and will be doing much of my shopping here.”
