“Do your homework before you book. This is a quiet place overlooking the marina, meticulously maintained and well managed. There are gas grills to use, a pool, hot tub and you are within walking distance to the beach and a couple of popular bars/restaurants. If you’re not there for the boating or beach then bring a good book or plan on day trips because there’s not much else around. Party animals need to move on because this isn’t for them. The rules are clear and they are enforced. There are studio units and loft units. Loft units have full kitchens and will accommodate six but with limited privacy. The loft unit has one private bedroom with a door. There are two twin beds in the loft and a sleeper sofa in the living area which are open to each other. This place is a great value for families or people who don’t mind the open design.”
“What a cute little place. There's chickens there. Blueberries to pick right across the street, from a bolt launch and a park. It was a very lovely experience staying in the honey. Bee suite, comfortable beds and nice thick absorbent towels.”
“We had stayed here many years ago and decided to return for our 24th anniversary. We absolutely loved the historic property and grounds (Koi pond with outdoor seating in the garden area). Shelly was so accommodating and served wonderful breakfasts. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway!”
“This hotel has a magnificent view of Lake Michigan! It is a short walk across the street to access the beach. The hotel is older, but is fairly well maintained. The owner and his daughter made our stay enjoyable and were ready with friendly advice when asked. I would recommend this hotel for a couple’s beachfront vacation!!”

“Great location and very pretty area. The place is starting to show signs of neglect from being understaffed possibly. Garbage left around pool from the day before, cobwebs. Not enough umbrella's on patio for shade.Beds in the room are comfortable but the pillows were terrible. Overall a nice stay. Would recommend asking for a pool side room as the other side is just a parking lot.”
“Service was friendly and breakfast delicious. Rooms were clean, but showing signs of wear, heater was either super hot or not running at all, but all concerns quickly addressed by the front desk, even very friendly when my tired self couldn't figure out how to turn on a fridge.”

“I recently made 2 reservations and second was for a wrong day. I was in a dilemma because there were 4 MAJOR EVENTS GOING ON AT THE SAME TIME and all hotels were booked. Nita didn't judge me for my mistake but professionally with care and concern helped to navigate through my problems. I had what I needed, an additional night at the Oyo Hotel in Muskegon, and am forever thankful.”

“Okay spot, kids liked the pool and hot tub. The heat was crazy hot in our room, even though it was 15 degrees outside we actually turned our heat off. The beds were not very comfortable. Everything else was perfectly adequate.”

“There are several reasons I will be returning to this location if needed! Our bed was extremely comfortable, the TV was easy to work, the air unit was fairly quiet. Our freezer didn't freeze the best but that's kinda expected in mini fridges in my experience. Hamy, front desk worker, was incredibly helpful and friendly.”
