“I had to leave on a business trip across a few states with very little notice and I felt like I needed an alignment so I called the company to see if they had a room to just squeeze me in.Turns out I needed a control arm. Not only did they tell me this, they offer to pull you onto the shop floor to show you what they are seeing. Absolutely love that.My car exhaust is also loud so they recommended me elsewhere because if they did it they would have to replace the entire exhaust. They were honest, they didn't deny the job but gave me all the information to make my own decision and I love that.They even drove me back to my job while they worked on my car. Just wow!You can tell they all work as a team and are trying their best to give you the best service from the desk lady who is a super friendly and knowledgeable down to earth lady, the person working on your car who will sit and explain everything to you, and even the manager was smiling and cracking jokes - work appropriate of course. Love that they all seem to actually enjoy their job and work together so well.If you're nervous about taking your car here, don't be. I will 100% be back when needed and I would 100% recommend them! I have never before been to a car repair shop where I actually learned something, was described the issue and felt completely confident in the services. “2 stars I bought used tires for $100. One tire kept losing air. Another company repaired it twice and that was also bs. Her hours are very limited, so it's hard to stop in. I waited a half hour for them to open and they didn't no note, nothing. Had to buy a new tire because that tire was damaged. My car was swerving all over the road endangering my life as well as my dtrs qnd grandkids.”

Clean environment and safe place for my car to get done.Update: I've been taking my car here since I moved into my home and they always try to help as best they can. My favorite person here is Shorty but I also really like Jon. At first, I didn't like Jon because I thought he was just a brand new fresh-out-of-school guy who actually didn't know anything and was too kind and concerned for his own good but he has proven to be knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone here has seen both the best and the worst of me and haven't judged at all. Its a great place to take a beater like both of mine.”

“Had to take my car in after busting my radiator leading to over heating. We were in a pinch trying to make an important appointment in Ann Arbor. I'm fairly certain the guy who helped was Tyler (sorry I'm bad with names), but he was amazing. He did everything possible to ensure we would be able to make the appointment through other means. We unfortunately couldn't make it, but it wasn't from a lack of effort.They did good work on my car to ensure I'd be safe to make my 2 1/2 hour trip back home. I hope never to have that issue again out there lol but if I did this is the place I'd go.”
