I’d originally asked them to check a few specific things. When they called to say the car was ready, I mentioned a couple of other concerns I had. Even though the job was already finished, they had no issue looking into the extra items and answering back. Really appreciated the flexibility.
Pricing was fair, everything was explained clearly, and the car runs great now. Haven Automotive is my new go-to shop—highly recommend!”

“Called DT and ask how much to mount a tire to the rim and put it on my car I was quoted $23-$25. I get there man comes out and looks at the tire that I’m replacing on my car and tells me he can’t do it. It’s too old. What did he think a person bringing him an old junk car who buys used tires is gonna all of a sudden purchase a new tire from him I think not I called the tire lady talked to the gentleman. He said come by and let me have a look at it. He looks at the tire says this is a great tire. Clearly it still has the tits on it from being new no appointment just first come first serve. It was in the 90s and very hot so I told him I’d be by the next day I show up boom they replace the tire put it on quite pleasant chitchat talk to you charged me $20 and informed me that they also sell used tires. I will be going back to them if you want somebody honest they’re the people. Thank you and god bless”

The pricing felt fair about $630 for the set and they offered me multiple options once I told them what I was looking for. Ordering was easy, and the tires arrived on time, exactly as promised. Since I just got them today, I can’t fully judge long-term performance yet, but the quality looks solid so far.

“Great service, friendly people, awesome prices. However in the 15 years or so since I've been using them, they almost never answer the phone. You have to drive there to get anyone to talk to you or to schedule an appointment.”
