“This place is amazing!!!! We have the fourwinns boat. Trailer shredded a tire. We where literally at the light by Tread Monkey building, turned into the parking lot and bam Tread Monkey. The gentleman was working on a jeep. Walked over and asked about fixing the trailor tire. Mind you its 87 degrees and 4pm. He had that tire off so fast!!! Barley even a wait. That guy was a champ. He didnt have to fit us in. He could of taken ten years to do it. He could have been angry because of the heat, but he was none of those things. Talk about an amazing company. 10/10 will be spreading the word of his business, and his kindness. Will also bring future business to his door. I love that they come to your home as well.”

I’d originally asked them to check a few specific things. When they called to say the car was ready, I mentioned a couple of other concerns I had. Even though the job was already finished, they had no issue looking into the extra items and answering back. Really appreciated the flexibility.

“Called DT and ask how much to mount a tire to the rim and put it on my car I was quoted $23-$25. I get there man comes out and looks at the tire that I’m replacing on my car and tells me he can’t do it. It’s too old. What did he think a person bringing him an old junk car who buys used tires is gonna all of a sudden purchase a new tire from him I think not I called the tire lady talked to the gentleman. He said come by and let me have a look at it. He looks at the tire says this is a great tire. Clearly it still has the tits on it from being new no appointment just first come first serve. It was in the 90s and very hot so I told him I’d be by the next day I show up boom they replace the tire put it on quite pleasant chitchat talk to you charged me $20 and informed me that they also sell used tires. I will be going back to them if you want somebody honest they’re the people. Thank you and god bless”

“I was in an accident and went into the snow bank which ended up causing the steering to shake at speeds over 30. Probably ice building up throwing off balance but wanted to be sure for peace of mind. Took my car to Belle for the first time on a Saturday. They were busy but the assistant manager who helped us was able to have a tech look at it. They checked the suspension, shocks and balance and determined it was just ice building up. Their tech removed all of the ice and had the car ready for us roughly 30 mins from arriving. I went to the counter to pay and he let me know it was no charge and was glad that everything was ok and we were safe to drive. I was in shock that they performed the work for free and felt blessed after such a rough week. Their professionalism, kindness during the interaction and thoroughness was above and beyond my expectations when arriving. I was so impressed with Belle that it will now be my tire shop going forward. If you plan on getting ties or anything tire related I highly recommend this store. Thank you Belle for the care and attention you pay to your customers- it is rare in today’s business world.”
