Pat greeted, promptly checked my battery, confirmed my suspicions, gave me my options, and installed the new battery in the windy, blistering cold all in under 30 minutes. He was awesome and I’m so grateful for his help and fantastic service!!!”
“I bought a key fob replacement from an outside company and was given a lot of places where it could be programmed. No one would program my remote unless I bought one from them. I was referred to Batteries Plus (who was not on the list) and was told they could program the remote. The guy who programmed the remote (sorry, I can't remember his name) was helpful and professional and informed me about the process. It took them about 20 minutes to do the job. He phoned when he was finished. The cost, with tax, came to $90 which I gladly paid to have a fully functional remote.”
