“I went to "We Fix It" inside Batteries Plus to get my phone looked at. It keeps not recognizing that the sim card is in. Cory offered to take my whole phone apart and diagnose the problem for free! He was far too kind.Unfortunately, my phone had no visible issues so we still couldn't figure out what the problem was (I'm waiting for a new sim card to arrive, I now believe the problem is the sim card itself), but the service was phenomenal and I'll definitely be back again if I have other issues with my phone! “Ordered golf cart batteries on line. The store called almost immediately saying they were out, but would have them in the morning! True to their word called the next morning that my batteries had arrived and I could pick them at my convenience. I picked them up a couple hours later - loaded them in my vehicle without being asked to do so. Told to bri f the old battteries back which I did several days later. The unloaded the batteries and gave me an immediate refund for the core charges. All associates were friendly and helpful and whether I needed any info, etc. Everything was no hassle and efficient.”

“Had the best experience with thisO'Reilly Auto Parts, in particular with the associate Nadine. In the middle of our 1st winter storm of the year my windshield wiper literally blew of the car on my way to work because of the ice chunks falling and being too heavy. Nadine to the rescue! She had special order wipers delivered to her location within an hour. Despite freezing temperatures and heavy winds, she installed them with a smile and sent me on my way. A massive thank you Nadine!!!!!!”

“Loading and unloading times are reasonable. Large area to easily park into docks. Receiving opens at 5am as the sign on the shack to your left says. There is a phone in the shack. Use it to speak with the staff inside and they will assign you a dock. There is a BP truck stop 0.5 miles away that can take like 20 trucks. If you come in the middle of the night and you can't find a spot in the truck stop, you should be able to park in their parking lot if you are delivering early morning even though it clearly says no overnight parking.”
