“I go to this gas station often. And everyone is wonderful to me. And I don't know his name by heart but it's a black gentleman with the nice hair he's short. He always goes above and beyond for me he's very pleasant person to talk to when I go in there. I think he's just a team member but he should be a manager cuz he's outstanding and I feel like people give bad comments all the time and somebody needs to know at this day and time when someone is doing so wonderful at a store
So God bless him God bless the store and please give this gentleman a raise!! By the way his wonderful service was today about 1:20 p.m. in the afternoon”

“I wish I would have gotten the attendants name that helped me today, she was amazing! My tire has a slow leak and after stopping at multiple other locations for air only to find they were out of order, I went to speedway. I couldn’t find the air so I asked the attendant who was out replacing trash can bags, she pointed it out and kindly explained that their machine was also on the fritz and she wasn’t sure if it would work or not. She then offered to come to the air machine and test it first, she put quarters in and tested it and then filled my tire for me! She did all of this out in the cold without batting an eye. I would really like to thank her for her kindness!”

“If I have to get gas or any sort of convenience item, I ALWAYS go to the USA2GO in Novi on Beck Rd. Eddie is literally the sweetest!!!!! All staff is friendly, but you can tell Eddie cares about the people that come in. The store is always clean and almost every time I go in, someone is actively cleaning. Drinks are always in stock, and if you ask for something, they get it from the back or put it on their next order (if it's something they can order). Best convenience store I've been to & I've lived all over the country.”

“Super friendly and fun store for all kinds of candy, chips and drinks. Worth a stop for sprucing up a home movie night, for a price.Nonetheless- I love supporting small businesses and this place is cute and gives happy vibes while you get your sweet-tooth for candy satisfied.It is always in pristine clean condition with the shelves organised. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The guy that works at night is always nice and friendly.Definitely stop by if you’re at the Twelve Oaks Mall. Highly recommend.”

“This CVS staff members were kind considerate and helpful. I was talking to a pharmacy assistant and she wasn't quite getting what I needed. Immediately the pharmacist came over and asked if she could help me. Not only did she help me she may recommendations that were useful. I had a procedure and had my prescription sent over to a different CVS Pharmacy and asked if they could be transferred (there so I can go straight home rather than adding to my drive time). A couple of my prescriptions were over the counter, she sent me to the aisle to find them. While I was there I was having trouble immediately a couple of other staff members came over and asked if I needed help and I did. We found products similar but nothing that the doctor had ordered. After I went back to the pharmacy counter with the products that were similar. She told me they weren't right then she came from behind the counter and got them for me. Oh, I forgot to say that my doctor forgot to call over to prescription. She took care of that too. In this day and age when service count for so little and people seem not to be valued. I found everybody helpful and time. I hate, I didn't get the name of the pharmacist and the cashier who helped me with Grace and information. I highly recommend this Pharmacy. Thank you so much CVS for hiring such great employees. Service still matters.”

“Been going here for a long time, gas is a few cents more than most places around but it's BP. Guy that works here knows a lot of the people who frequent the place and is very friendly. Think his name is Kevin. Seen him having to deal with demanding Karen's. Koto's to him for keeping his cool, if it was me I would of told her where to go. People are out of control these days and have no respect or want to blame others for their problems or make a problem.”
