Damn, Footlocker use to be one of my favorite stores growing up. I read all of the reviews and while I can’t agree with some of them, the one that I can agree with is the not being acknowledged when walking into their store. Footlocker will never. Please get new managers and workers in there asap.

Jonathan is the biggest jerk and worst manager, wouldn't let me return a pair of brand new shoes because I was 1 day past the return date! Horrible customer service!!!

I Tried to take back a pair of shoes and I did not want a store credit! They said they don’t have enough cash to make the return. I will never be shopping at Finishline again. No wonder why there’s so many bad reviews on here.. Customer service was awful.
