“We came in today to return a sports coat that didn't fit properly, we had bought from another location. With homecoming tonight for most schools, the store was busy but we were helped right away! Matt helped us measure my son and find a comparable jacket for a similar price point. He went above and beyond to help us last minute shoppers and his kindness and assurance to find something my son liked definitely made this experience stress free! We will be back in the spring for Prom!”

“I used this location a bit when I worked in Novi for over a decade. They have convenient Amazon returns at this location. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. There is always some kind of sale going on here. Only complaint is that the coupons you get for the store for making a return have almost never actually worked on a product that I bought at the same visit. Plenty of free parking here.”
“Wonderful young man at the counter helped me and my daughter get the correct sizes today. Thank you for your positive attitude and wealth of knowledge about the return policy and I can tell he enjoys his job”

“Shopping with teenagers is something I look forward to slightly more than getting the flu or paying taxes and that's about it. Enter April at the 12 Oaks American Eagle. She was a breath of fresh air! She knew the product line through and through and was very helpful selecting the right fit/style for each of my children's body types. She listened and found many different options for each of them. April continued to explore sizes, colors, options, etc. for the right item. It was the apex of customer service and we will return to this location because of April. Sure it is a longer drive from Toledo, but what usually ended in teenage angst and a wasted trip ended with very happy customers and primarily a one stop shop for clothing! Thank you for the hard work, honest feedback, and care you put into making our shopping experience the best possible for my family. Highly highly recommend.”
“Multiple employees made the shopping experience very easy, and their assistance made the process much quicker than I anticipated. I didn’t expect such hospitality from really anyone in the store, but I was happily surprised by their kindness. 5/5 Stars⭐”

“I had to visit the Twelve-Oaks Mall H & M this morning, 8-23-25 and was met by an associate who was not very friendly or helpful. I had to ask for a manager and the manager, Viad Zvonov was incredibly friendly, courteous, accommodating and polite. He was a breath of fresh air!
Can you please let him know his efforts have not gone unnoticed and how much he is appreciated please? He should get a raise and/or some accolade for being such a wonderful, professional, friendly employee. He makes you want to come back to the store.”
“Top brands, half the price. If you're too poor to buy cheap like me this is the place to go. Reasonable prices for stuff that lasts! Lots of clothing, purses, and shoes. They have men's, kids, and women's clothing and shoes. Small home goods, Jewelry, and travel sections.
They always have new stuff, clean store, helpful staff, and great clearance!”
