Want to give Day Day( idk if I spelled it right) a shout out for going above and beyond when it came to my refund. I got the confirmation email not too long ago. I love and appreciate good customer service!!

Damn, Footlocker use to be one of my favorite stores growing up. I read all of the reviews and while I can’t agree with some of them, the one that I can agree with is the not being acknowledged when walking into their store. Footlocker will never. Please get new managers and workers in there asap.

Jonathan is the biggest jerk and worst manager, wouldn't let me return a pair of brand new shoes because I was 1 day past the return date! Horrible customer service!!!
