“The folks working the country really try as best they can to help everyone. The USPS administration sometimes make it very hard for the counter workers to do a fair job.”

“Deon was SO helpful when I had a large box going to Germany returned to me because of inaccurate customs information. With his help, I made the correction, he did not charge me again, and the package arrived in about 8 days! I have never experienced the type of customer service this USPS location provides!”

“This is the typical United States postal Service office. They do sell shipping supplies at an exorbitant cost, considering it's a government-run entity you'd think the supplies would be at a discounted rate or even for that matter free since they are being shipped via their service. As typical the rates were high but the service was impeccable, my package arrived exactly when they said it would.”

“We would like to sincerely thank Lodana for the outstanding service she provided during our passport appointment. My wife and I arrived late due to construction and unexpected delays, but Lodana welcomed us with patience and professionalism. She handled our passport applications very efficiently and took the time to clearly explain every step of the process, including the required procedures , photos and fees. Her knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help made what could have been a stressful experience very smooth and easy for us. We truly appreciate Lodana’s excellent customer service and dedication. She is a great asset to the office, and we are very thankful for her help. Highly recommended! USPS Livonia thank you so much”

“The staff is amazing! I'm not sure why their rating is so low. I've always had professional and friendly service when I go in. When there are long lines and you've been waiting they always apologize for the wait. Great job!”

“I want t o give high praise to Deon who works at the Post Office in downtown Plymouth, Michigan . He always greets you with kind words and always takes the time to make you feel special. It is a small post office with only two people serving customers at the front counter and often Deon is there alone while the other employee is working in the back. Still Deon is up front to be the friendly employee to all who enter. I am 78 years old and thankful when I go to that often busy post office Deon is there. Kathy White”
