“I've done business with this company for quite a while. Theyve always been super accommodating. The people complaining about missing appointments baffle me. The pick up time is up to the customer. It's made, by you, days in advance. There are 2-3 days, and many times for you to choose from. Who's fault is it that you can't make it? Also, there is a phone number and email on the invoice for the employee who is in charge of that particular pick up site, if you can't get there on time. Pick up the phone. They will do whatever they can to help. I've done it. To the guy who thinks it's too "sketchy" to pick up in Detroit, don't bid on that auction. Stick to whatever area you feel comfortable in. It's your choice. The location for pick up is on the bid page. In addition, why is it funny or "suspicious" that the one poster says he gets the item for his final left bid? If you're such an auction veteran, you would know that happens often. If it seems "odd" to you then don't do it. Follow the last few minutes of the auction and bid as it goes. These folks have a very friendly staff, and, as I said, are always willing to help. It would seem some people here would have better things to do than post exaggerated and misleading reviews to hurt someone's business, while hiding behind a keyboard. Mistakes happen all the time. They deal with 1000's of items and many, many bidders every week. Get over yourselves and deal with it.”

“One of the better experiences that I have had at an Amazon facility. As always the check in process is a pain, I am never able to understand the person on the other end of the screen. Once checked in I went to the office indicated and was immediately given a dock assignment, backed in unhooked and parked across from the dock. About 30 minutes later I got the call saying I was good to go and my paperwork was in the back of the trailer. Guess I got lucky this time.”

“Costco has great wholesale items and Kirkland brand items that I enjoy. My main complaint is that every time I walk down the main entrance aisle, AT&T literally harasses me and will not take no for an answer. I usually have to say no 5 times walking past as they walk alongside of me trying to convince me. I don't know if this is an issue at other locations but please Commerce location, can you ask them to tone it down and accept no for an answer once. That is all.”
Sam's Club, the Walmart-owned warehouse retailer, announced it's launching pizza delivery nationwide, bringing its popular $8.98 Member's Mark 16-inch Hot Baked Pizza straight to customers' doorsteps. By the end of May, all Sam's Club members can order the oversized pies for express delivery through the retailer's app or website.
