I initially took my car to a dealership because I thought it would fall under warranty (spoiler alert: it did not) and decided to look around for a shop to fix the issue with my exhaust. “Fozie is a good guy, helpful and straightforward and easy to work with. He did find somethings to fix that i didnt bring the car in for, but im glad he did. Bc he showed me the shocks and they were rusted through and broken. The total job costed somewhat more than i was hoping to pay, but i dont hold that against him. I ussually look for cheapo guys who do a decent job and are typically very slow. By contrast, Fozie had the job done right in just a few days.”
“These guys are heaven sent! I had my coolant hose break today. At the time I had no idea what was happening I just saw a river of fluid pouring out from under my car while I was getting out. I panicked and started heading to the Chrysler service center that I usually go to. I got caught at the light at Coolidge and Lincoln when my car started smoking and overheating. Thankfully I saw this auto shop on the corner. I didn’t catch the name of the man working but he was so kind and told me to leave the car and he would take a look at. I got a call soon after I left saying he would have it done in a couple hours. They were so fast and friendly. I’ll definitely be returning in the future.”
“Like some of the comments on here have said these guys are the best! Got an oil change up there and they accidentally didn’t push the dipstick all the way back down the tube, so oil was being splashed all over my engine compartment. Accidents happen and it wasn’t that major of an issue. And I only noticed it because it was the middle of winter and I had to go under the hood to swap out a flat battery. When I took it back there they told me that just to make sure there were no contaminants in my oil, due to all the slush and snow that was on the roads that week, they gave me another complete oil change for free!!! And they cleaned all the oil off my engine compartment as well!!! It’s service like that and commitment to customer satisfaction which is rare in today’s world and these guys are champions of it!”
