“They made a rough day a lot better. Uhaul said they did not have my truck, but Dakota set me up with my reserved size when I arrived. After that I accidentally dropped my wallet in the parking lot. They called me multiple times so I could retrieve it before moving. Good people here.”

“Make sure there's three or more staff members during opening time each day. There's always a line when the store opens. My customer service guy was to patient under the stressful opening rush.”
“I would definitely recommend this location to all my friends and family. I'm handicapped and elderly, and the young man at the front desk was very patient and kind. He took the time to explain everything. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional yet made me feel very comfortable. I'd also like to add, my reservation was made over the phone, and the agent who took my reservation was very helpful, efficient and friendly. All in all, the whole experience was a positive one. One I'd be happy to do over if and when I'm ever in need again.”
