“I can’t remember the last time I walked into a business and felt so welcomed almost feeling like part of the Salvaggio family.
This wasn’t on one single occasion. Over the past week I had to visit local in Troy,MI (of my own doing).
I was working on a surprise party for my friend. Each time I was greeted shown around and given something added tips and tricks I hadn’t even thought about, making this event a tremendous success for all of us.

“Amazing! Unbeatable value for the quality of what you get and the price you pay! Overall the most impressive things for us today were… the apple cider (9/10), the apple pie (9/10), the honeycrisp apples (8/10) and the jonagold apples (8/10)! The nutty caramel apple was pretty good but we’ve had better from Hy’s down the road (7/10). Highly recommended! We will definitely be back!”

“Every time I visit Fresh Thyme, I leave in a better mood thanks to Dedra. There’s an energy about the way she greets and helps customers, it’s genuine, bright, and contagious. Her smile feels like a little gem that lights up the whole store. She always takes the initiative to say hello and offer help, and that kind of warmth is rare these days.
And Christian deserves a special mention too. His kindness, precision, and quick support whenever I need assistance make every visit smooth and enjoyable. It’s people like Dedra and Christian who make Fresh Thyme such a pleasant place to shop. Thank you both for the great service!

I live near Fresh Thyme and often stop by, but recently this place got a new kind of bread, light, thin, and square, and it’s absolutely delicious. I find myself coming here more often just because of that bread!
The other day, I couldn’t find it, so I asked Carla for help. She was so warm and kind, and thanks to her, I ended up having such a lovely dinner. I didn’t even explain it well, but somehow she knew exactly what I meant, she’s amazing!

“I like GFS when you're looking for restaurant quality Steph especially frozen meals or something in that nature larger for bigger families or for people that like to eat more. When I worked in restaurants when I was younger we were from GFS. So I just kind of got in the habit to always go there and get used to the quality food that comes from there. I'll make a lot of homemade pizzas personally I get a lot of stuff from there pepperonis or cheese or what have you real easy.”
“Would rather shop here than Meijer. They have great prices on quality food! By far the best stuff they get in is the "Aldi finds" we have gotten so many good things for not only our house but for others as gifts as well! Always super cheap and great quality!”

Big fresh produce area, a lot of party items, beer/wine etc. The meat department has a small but decent selection. Not the top place in the area for fish, but the steaks looked nice and the butcher section was well stocked with chicken, pork, beef.”
“Sheena's made me 4 dozen cupcakes for my daughter's wedding shower. They were AMAZING!! Every one said they were the best cupcakes they had ever had. So light and fluffy and airy. I had bought extras and there were none left after the event. And the price was 1/2 of what other bakeries asked. We will definitely use them again.”
“This is a great little neighborhood grocery store I've been coming to for 17 years now, and I'm always excited to see what fun products they have. They have plenty of interesting local products, an excellent meat and deli department as well as friendly and helpful staff.

“The deli meat that I got was fresh and delicious, though I didn't really care for their kielbasa. It lacked flavor.
Boy the prices at this place are expensive! I know that deli prices have gone up, but I think the prices here are higher than most places.
The store is small and overcrowded. It wasn't really pleasant to shop in there.
I will give kudos to whoever runs their Facebook page. They do a great job.

“I love shopping at Meijer cause they always seem to have what I'm looking for. I can usually find things here that their competitors don't have. They sell only fresh produce and meats. They have the best sales also. Their bottle return machines are very well maintained!”

“Tech savvy pumps that allow you to use QR code and connected card to pay. Trash bins full despite an attendant always there. Long lines but they are better after 2 pumps got added. Sam club fuel customers are the worst as they enter the wrong lines and use the pump with the hose over there car thinking they are saving time.”

“I went in people's food market, when I was about 12 or 13, this lady named Mary she was beautiful Irish red head, thinking when she saw me, she was going to throw me out but she didn't ask me if she could help me. The store was clean and stocked like you could live there . I needed some cambles soup, I got it.
30 years I go really looking for Mary. She's in heaven . But the store is still just as clean and stocked. And it's family owed and ran. Stop by and see for yourself.”

“I grew up in this area so I may be a little bias. Lol naw but even recently I went here and a young guy slide in front it me and tried to grab something quick and the guy behind the counter let him know he had to wait his turn and that was very stellar of him. A lot of stores would have gone on ahead and helped him. But this guy wasn't having it!”
