“Every time I visit Fresh Thyme, I leave in a better mood thanks to Dedra. There’s an energy about the way she greets and helps customers, it’s genuine, bright, and contagious. Her smile feels like a little gem that lights up the whole store. She always takes the initiative to say hello and offer help, and that kind of warmth is rare these days.
And Christian deserves a special mention too. His kindness, precision, and quick support whenever I need assistance make every visit smooth and enjoyable. It’s people like Dedra and Christian who make Fresh Thyme such a pleasant place to shop. Thank you both for the great service!

I live near Fresh Thyme and often stop by, but recently this place got a new kind of bread, light, thin, and square, and it’s absolutely delicious. I find myself coming here more often just because of that bread!
The other day, I couldn’t find it, so I asked Carla for help. She was so warm and kind, and thanks to her, I ended up having such a lovely dinner. I didn’t even explain it well, but somehow she knew exactly what I meant, she’s amazing!

“Great selection and priced good. Found things I never knew existed in bulk. The produce looked and tasted very fresh and priced great. The only place I could find “Detroit Sausage Links”. Definitely worth the visit. And I’m going back for other things I saw there. ?Ty”
“It's now my favorite store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store has a variety of brands you don't find elsewhere. There's also a lot of local Farm choices. It has a great selection and does not feel claustrophobic like some of the other stores. Very well organized with every label facing forward.”

“Great produce. Super fresh and extensive. Wonderful selection of gourmet items. Enormous prepared foods counter and bakery. They always have whatever I'm looking for. The one drawback is that the rest of the store (from the center to the North end) is laid out strangely so it's difficult to maneuver their diagonal aisles in the grocery section and getting to the checkout lanes honestly. This has been a problem since they opened in this location and hasn't ever been remedied.”

“I have tried the Shawarma sandwiches here, especially the chicken, and they are the best I have ever had; the garlic sauce is so delicious that my children insist on it at family gatherings and the hummus…. my kids can’t get enough of it and it’s made fresh daily

I usually shop for my guppies here. They have a good collection for a Meijer location.. Being a 24 hr center, we usually go late to shop which avoids long lines”

“This Kroger is in a zone where internet does not work. It has been extremely frustrating, especially when trying to use the digital coupons. There was no way to use them. Then, a week ago, an employee showed me a printed copy of all of the digital coupons. I had no idea they did this or when they had started it. So, if you are ever at a Kroger in a zone without internet, check the area where the flyers are when you walk in for the digital coupons. Pick one up, and when you get to checkout, or self-checkout, scan as a coupon and all the digital offers will apply. Hand the coupon to the cashier or attendant, and you can get your discounts.”
“Clean store, friendliness of staff, pricing is reasonable, but a lot of my requested items online with Walmart + and in store aren’t in stock. Sometimes frustrating, than I have to make another in store trip to Meijer.”
“The young man named Mike bringing in the shopping carts greeted me at my vehicle as I exited the car. He was very nice and spoke to me welcoming me to this store. “My go to grocery store! I have been shopping almost exclusively at Trader Joe’s since I moved out of my parents house. I adore the limited selection of products and simple layout compared to regular grocery stores. They do have very overpriced meats that are subpar in general- so I go elsewhere for that. But everything else is my favorite here. Very good customer service too! If you have your hands full with kids they always offer to help me shop and bring my groceries to the car. And just a very positive and upbeat attitude when you talk to anyone here- nation wide. I’ve never had a bad experience with a Trader Joe’s employee.”
