“I’ve had consistently great experiences with Fresh Thyme in Rochester Hills, especially at the deli. There have been several times when I’ve stopped in on a short lunch break and the deli selection was running low, and instead of simply telling me they were out, the staff has gone out of their way to make something fresh for me.
I really appreciate that level of customer service, especially when they’re clearly working through the challenge of finding dependable help. Even when they’ve been short-staffed, the employees I’ve dealt with have remained friendly, accommodating, and willing to make sure I leave with what I came in for.
On occasion, they’ve even offered me a discount for the additional wait, which I never expect but certainly appreciate. That kind of consideration goes a long way.
Fresh Thyme Rochester Hills has earned my business because the staff continues to make an effort even when circumstances aren’t ideal. Great people, great food, and a team that genuinely tries to take care of its customers.”
“Reliable spot if you need to buy in bulk for a gathering or just want to stock up the pantry. They carry a lot of restaurant grade items you won't easily find at standard supermarkets. Helpful staff and the layout is easy to navigate.”
“It's now my favorite store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store has a variety of brands you don't find elsewhere. There's also a lot of local Farm choices. It has a great selection and does not feel claustrophobic like some of the other stores. Very well organized with every label facing forward.”
“one time i got a pre packaged steak here and i took it camping so it was kept in a cooler and when i went to cook the steak it was green. i still ate it though and it was pretty tasty. love this store”
“Great produce. Super fresh and extensive. Wonderful selection of gourmet items. Enormous prepared foods counter and bakery. They always have whatever I'm looking for. The one drawback is that the rest of the store (from the center to the North end) is laid out strangely so it's difficult to maneuver their diagonal aisles in the grocery section and getting to the checkout lanes honestly. This has been a problem since they opened in this location and hasn't ever been remedied.”
“Great little store tucked away. Get your ethnic fix here forsure. You can get a lot of items here you will not find in your local grocery store and it is better for you as it comes straight from overseas on a lot of different items.”
“I like to shop here for quality groceries. I usually have a nice experience. Sometimes the store workers are a pain. They're shopping with extra large carts, filling orders and typically are blocking isles. Kinda rude sometimes too.”
“I have tried the Shawarma sandwiches here, especially the chicken, and they are the best I have ever had; the garlic sauce is so delicious that my children insist on it at family gatherings and the hummus…. my kids can’t get enough of it and it’s made fresh daily
I highly recommend for anyone who enjoys authentic Lebanese cuisine for your dinner or office or family gatherings”

Good place to get in and out when you have a short grocery list, need to pick up a prescription, or even dog/cat food!
They have a small health and beauty section as well as a beautiful floral selection of potted plants and also build your own bouquet bunches!”
“Meijer has excellent fruit. The prices on their food is reasonable. The prices are competitive with the other budget friendly stores. They have flowers, plants and a big selection of pet food.”
“First visit here, since pre covid. EVERYONE was wearing masks properly. All employees friendly and helpful. Many of the aisles are being revamped- lots of aisles have no signage up yet. Still out of quite a few items. Why is there no diet squirt anywhere? Toothpaste was wiped out, as was Advil, Tylenol section. No lines a bottle return !”

“clearly, all walmarts are not created equal. i used to only go to walmart out of desperation or bc there was a big enough sale on something i couldn't find anywhere else. between my own experiences and the memes online, my opinion of walmart was pretty low. i didn't like the store, the employees or the customers. hated the parking lot. hated the font in their logo. just loathed everything about it. but one day, i had to go into this particular walmart and i've had to rethink my overall perception of this chain. not only are the aisles relatively neat (could be better) but they're well-stocked. employees are helpful. customers are fully clothed and have all their teeth. and they're open 24 hours! i was pleasantly surprised. so why not 5 stars? bc it's still walmart, not target. that's why.”
“I frequent this Kroger quite often. Always clean, employees are always kind and in general I have good experiences when shopping here. I do have to give a shout out to my favorite employee Dan, had such a sweet interaction and he is just one of the many employees that brighten up my day when I see them.”
“The young man named Mike bringing in the shopping carts greeted me at my vehicle as I exited the car. He was very nice and spoke to me welcoming me to this store. I spoke with the store manager John who was very happy to hear the accolades for Mike. Thank you Mike. I felt completely and totally welcome because of you.”
“Clean store, friendliness of staff, pricing is reasonable, but a lot of my requested items online with Walmart + and in store aren’t in stock. Sometimes frustrating, than I have to make another in store trip to Meijer.”

“Easy access to delicious food and a great selection of gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. At this particular location our cashier was wonderfully helpful and really made us feel welcomed and appreciated. She went above and beyond and because of her generous spirit, we will definitely be making this Trader Joe’s one of our regular grocery stores.”
