“Stopped in to the Okemos Rd Verizon to see if we could upgrade my daughter’s phone after another store told us it wasn’t possible. Not only did Sean inform us that we could indeed upgrade her phone, he helped determine the best phone at a price we could manage. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I asked many questions. If he wasn’t sure of an answer, he told us so, then verified the info. He acted with integrity and honesty. Thank you, Sean, for making this a pleasant and successful experience.”

“I’m not sure who their names were but a male manager that usually work in Owosso and a young female that is still new. Both were absolutely wonderful and empathetic. I’ve been without data for a week. I’ve done everything, spoken with customer service, and had just left the corporate store with a phone in worse condition than when I went in. Both listened and did some troubleshooting and investigating into what the problem could be. Eventually they found an add on in my account that was blocking all data. I will definitely be back when I’m ready to upgrade my device. Thank you both for your help today. If someone from the store reads this and can tell me their names I would greatly appreciate it. I would like to go back and deal with them directly.”

“Cheyenne and Associates were great to work with. One associate even operates a bakery called B's baked goods she makes the best sourdough breads blowing Panera and others out of the water. However I went in for Internet and cell service and am grateful to be free of Xfinity. Thanks t mobile staff for your good service patience and professionalism 🙏🌹 😊”
