The facility is well taken care of, and they make it very simple and direct to help keep your nerves at bay so you can be there for your dog. The shampoo and conditioner options were plentiful and smelled amazing, and the staff were so kind. I can see myself coming back when my lab inevitably gets into something she’s not meant to. Also hoping the medicated shampoo and moisturizing conditioner help with her dandruff!

Their boarding facilities are very nice and my dog (who is a total Velcro dog) enjoys it. Their process for intake and safety monitoring gives me complete peace of mind.
The handlers are all polite and clearly experienced in dog behavior. My puppy sometimes is a little bit rude at daycare, and they let me know about it without judging and have explained what is probably happening and what they do to support him.
Their prices are extremely reasonable especially when you consider what you’re getting.
I also have them handle nail trims for him now. Their price for nail trims can’t be beat, but my dog also doesn’t mind the way they trim nails.
