“This must be the best storage unit in east lansing. Easy access, well maintained, and super nice staff. Whenever we stop by there, the entire staff were nice and willing to help us. They have good access to every single unit, so easy to load/unload. Since we move to different state, we parked 16ft pods inside of the storage unit area without any problem. Highly recommended!!!”

“I am currently in town visiting Michigan as I am trying to make a big move soon from Boston. I decided to look at a few storage facilities in the east Lansing area while I am here. I was not very impressed with a few of the other facilities as they did not offer what exactly I was looking for. I walked into the office and the manager treated me with a smile on her face she was with another person so she stated that she would be with me as soon as she can and asked if I would like a bottled water while I waited. When she was finished I told her I am looking to rent a storage unit with in the next few months she asked me a series of questions to better fit my needs. She gave me a tour of the facility and showed me many different options she thought would work best for me. I was very happy with how clean and well taken care of this facility is, I really thought the garage area was a great feature to keep out the nasty weather. I was very happy all around and will be returning to speak with Jayme the manager as soon as I have an exact move in date. Thank you again Jayme!”

“I think it is one of the most secured cleaners complex I have rented from. Also, I have half a chance to talk and meet the staff. Whom has made me feel part of the family. If the mission statement is to satisfy the customer and go over and above, they have done all of that. I definitely Recommend friends and family.”

When I needed the most. At the right price and the right size storage unit. Keeping all my stuff safe and protected. And thankfully they are also on the Cata Bus system. Making it easier for me to do everything I need to do in my day. Kelly”

“There are a lot of useful storage units here, differing from the larger units and the smaller 8 by 16 units that surround the perimeter of the units. I was helping my fellow Parishioner from my Parish yesterday and found the units to be a nice good size.”

“Got change from the office. They were very friendly and helpful. The car wash is ok, only 2 bays working. Definitely lacks a few features that are pretty standard at most car washes like a wheel and tire cleaner. All in all it's an ok car way and I was able to wash my large van. The friendly staff in the office earned a few of the stars!”

“Have rented here for many years and always feel extremely lucky to be here. The other renters are friendly, the owner is perfect, the price is reasonable, and the place is well kept up, never had an issue with snow not being plowed or anything like that. Cannot say enough good about it. If he'd make me an apartment, I would live here. Seriously. :)”

“Very easy to rent, just keep watch for your first email from them as mine went to junk. Security cameras on almost every corner of the buildings. The only issue I had was one of the 2 lockers I rented was difficult to lock up. All in all very responsive if I needed help. I would rent from them again if I needed to.”

“5/5 Stars – Incredible Service! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Moving and organizing storage is usually a complete headache, but working with the team here—and specifically the amazing woman who helped me out today—made the entire process effortless. From the moment I walked in, kendria went above and beyond to make sure I got exact unit size I needed at the best rate possible. She was super friendly, efficient, professional, and answered every single question I had without making me feel rushed. You rarely see customer service this phenomenal anymore. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but it’s the outstanding staff that makes this place top-tier. If you need a storage unit, ask for her—she is an absolute rockstar! Highly recommend!”

“I picked up at this location, changed my date and time and called Michelle atleast 4 times. Our transport had a tire that blew but it had nothing to do with this location as they tried to do nothing but help me. I was exhausted after the trip and things did not go well and when I left my original feedback, I did it the day I returned and should've waited as my frustrations were conveyed in my feedback and misplaced. I would go back to this location, I would 100% recommend it to friends & family, and Michelle was without question the nicest, most knowledgeable GM of a uhaul.I have ever rented from. I apologize for the feedback I left originally and I thank you so very much for your help along our journey..”

“I thought the North Lansing, MI, UHaul location staff were very friendly and professional, the trailer was in perfect condition, and the staff made sure everything was hitched up correctly with all of the light checks. And the staff member who helped us check it back in on return was fantastic too. I felt very good about renting from this location and I would definitely recommend this UHaul location to friends and family.”
