“I’ve had a really great experience with Lake Orion Branch.Everyone there is super friendly and always willing to help out. Big shoutout to Stefanie and Kaitlin — they’re awesome. They take the time to explain everything, answer all my questions, and just make the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s honestly nice to go somewhere where people actually care and don’t make you feel like just another number. Definitely recommend this branch”

“Great customer service. Today I went in for 2 fraud charges on my account, and the representative was very helpful, extremely friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. A breath of fresh air that my accounts were safe right before Cmas. This is the closest branch to me so have been here on numerous other occasions- and the customer service is always a 5/5.”

“Sade is a smooth operator like her name implies. My father and I went in for help on our accounts during a difficult time for our family, she not only made time for us, but exemplified all the qualities of excellent customer service, Dad and I were impressed and delighted by her work.”
