I don't know the correct term for it but the rules for use (check cashing, withdrawals, overdrafts, etc.) favor the customer and are easy and they are much easier than other banks for sure and the other CU that I have used. “I can’t say enough how wonderful Olivia Manolescu was. I went to chase to open an account and she made me feel like I was family. She is so caring and knowledgeable in her stuff. Also I would like to add this is Chase branch was not the closest to me. I went to the one by my house on Big Beaver and was treated poorly, they kept telling me that I could do this online, that I didn’t need to be in the branch.
