“I had a very unique shaped item to ship and did not have the right size box or packing materials. I brought my item into Pak Mail and the service I received was extraordinary. We retrofitted a large box to fit the item and then secured the new box with professional staples and tape. I feel confident my item will ship safely now. Pak Mail was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient and you just don't get that level of personal service anywhere nowadays. I would definitely recommend Pak Mail to anyone looking for reliable shipping services and tremendous customer service.”

“This is a belated 5 star review. It should have been written in early August 2023, after the great experience I had there. I used this location to pack and ship several items including a desktop PC, and a lamp and shade. I also brought in several cartons I had packed myself. The employee who helped me was wonderful! So cheerful and patient. When the costs were totaled, she asked if I belonged to AAA or AARP, which I do, which gave me a discount. I've been using UPS for years in Michigan and Florida, and no one has ever mentioned those discounts. I was delighted. Now, here it is January 2024 and I'm just opening the boxes they had packed for me. OMG! What an amazing job they did: everything wrapped so carefully! No shortage of bubble wrap or tape at all! They even hand made a separate little box for a light bulb. Plus they neatly packaged a couple of old potholders I meant to toss out, and included a cute little note with a smiley face on it. So, 5 months later I'm finally writing this review. I just had to write and commend the store and the great employee who helped me. I'm so sorry I don't have her name now. If I do find the original bill of sale and her name is there, I'll edit this to give her the public acclaim she deserves.Thank you, UPS on Livernois near Walton! Job VERY well done!p.s. I've used this location in the past, and always thought they did a great job. This time, the experience went far beyond! Thank you for providing such excellent service.”

Every time I come in, regardless of whether it's to ship a package, print business cards, custom signs, or even my Valentine's Day(any holiday) cards or even simple print jobs; they both always make me feel welcome, address any and all questions I have and give great advice for layouts.The only time I was ever unsatisfied; which was because of my poor graphic skills, they calmly asked questions in regards to why I was unhappy with the product and then they went way above and beyond to help me create what I was trying to create.They are amazing all stars and everyone should come see them. “Always have a great experience here. Was there on a super busy day (literally out the door) but they were still in high spirits and had multiple employees working to cover it. Everybody has a great attitude there. They are respectful (and often funny) so it is always a good time. I'm old. I've been going to UPS Stores since the 1990s. Without a doubt these guys are the best. I actually look forward to my shipping needs and Amazon returns now because most likely I will be in a better mood when I leave than when I go in, lol. A smile goes a long way and you will get one here. It may seem small, but you may hear a "Merry Christmas" when that time of year rolls around. I sure miss when everybody did that. This must be a difficult franchise to run but the owners are doing it right. Great Job, -Tim”
