“Exceptional Service Review: Brandon at Ace Hardware (Baldwin Road)
I am writing this review to commend Brandon at the Ace Hardware located on Baldwin Road. His level of patience and expertise deserves the highest praise.
I was struggling immensely with a persistent leak under my sink, caused by a faulty pipe leading into my garbage disposal. Plumbing is not my area of expertise, and I was completely overwhelmed by the different parts and connections required for a replacement.
Brandon immediately stepped in. He was incredibly patient and took the time to assess my existing, leaky parts. Instead of just pointing me toward a shelf, he meticulously fitted my current components with the exact, necessary replacement pieces right there at the counter. He essentially pre-assembled the critical connections, ensuring I had everything required for a straightforward installation when I got home.
Thanks to his effort and attention to detail, the assembly and installation were simple, and the leak is completely gone.
There are many Ace Hardware locations near me, but Brandon's exceptional service at the Baldwin Road store ensures that I will only choose this location for all my future hardware needs. He is a fantastic asset to your team!”

“Stopped in in the grand opening to check the place out. They have put an amazing amount of work into the building. I love the fact that they have incorporated, local farmers and local honey into the store. You can actually buy a grill and steaks in the same place. The staff was super friendly. “I bought some things for $21.79 and was bummed later when I realized I forgot to use a coupon I had for $5 off for anything over $20. I went online and some people were saying you could go back and they would do a return and repurchase and you would get the coupon redeemed, but it depended on the local Ace. Well, this place did that without any questions asked and they did it promptly and politely. They've helped me mix Benjamin Moore paints, which are top of the line and you won't find in the big box stores. Ace doesn't always have the best prices, but sometimes they do and their customer service is way better than you would find at Home Depot or other places like that. And, their monthly coupon offers are pretty good. So, this local Ace is great and I really recommend them.”
“Clean store. Occasionally it takes time walking around to find someone on the floor to assist you but whenever I have found that person they've always bent over backwards to help me. Anytime I've had to go to the customer service desk for questions, returns, etc. they have went above and beyond to assist me at this store / location. Thank you Lake Orion Home Depot!!”

Eric provided details on all replacement parts, give improvements and then assisted me with pricing at cashier's with Barbara cashing me out.
I never had that much help from store ever!

“I have 3 Ace Hardware Stores in my area. However, Stones Ace Hardware of Oxford is my go-to store. They are on M-24 with a side street entrance for easy access for coming and going.
As soon as you walk in the store entrance you are always greeted! The entire staff is very helpful. I had a young man ask if he could help me and it was his first day of work.
When I go looking for an item I know I will be walking out with what I went looking for. They carry everything from paints, to tools, to grass seed and gloves. If you need your propane tank refilled they can do it.
