The woman who helped me (I don’t remember her name) Was extremely patient and asked me lots of questions. She watched the way I walk and pulled out a ton of different shoes for me to try until I found ones that felt right and supported me in the correct way. I was oringially interested in a new pair of style 604's which I've owned a pair for nearly a decade before. But I was also interested in the style 3504's for the additional safety features. They took the time to understand my needs, asking about my work environment, activities, and preferences. Armed with this information, they expertly guided me through their extensive selection, pointing out features and benefits tailored to my needs. I ended up going with a style 2414 and I'm incredibly pleased with my decision. The slightly higher cut provides me with greater ankle support and protection.Steve meticulously assessed my feet, considering factors like arch support, width and toe room. His attention to detail was remarkable, and it resulted in a pair of boots that felt like they were custom-made for me.His assistance didn't stop there. “We have never shopped here before this week but had a great experience and found excellent items. Despite being a smaller store, they have a lot of product. Really great shoes, shirts with contrasting cuffs and blazers. We ended up with 6 pairs of shoes because they were comfortable (some even had a memory foam insole), stylish and were very fairly priced. The range of customers while we were there was very diverse. Some beautiful Italian shoes too. Best of all was the phenomenal service that we received!”

“We came here for some back to school shoes. They had a very nice selection of Dr. Martens. They also carry a lot of the other popular brands and styles. The individual here set aside the shoes for my child and I was able to go pick them up easily. She was kind, friendly, and very helpful. They also had the care accessories, which I declined at that moment, to take care of the leather. Even though I did not purchase those products, they will be there in case we need them in the future. I also like that they have the trendy items of the moment, when purchasing items for the kids I like to know where to get them for gifts and such. Lastly, I was told their return policy is for one year as long as the shoes are not worn outside the home. That gives us time to make sure the shoe fits since I was not present when they were selected.”
