“Owners are incredibly kind and caring, they make an effort to remember and chat with customers. They always have a great stock of many different products and keep me updated on the drinks I like or any questions I ask them! I asked about their Grog selection and the Fallout Jones soda and was told the next time I came in the amount they have in stock! :)”

I had to stop eating and leave a review because I was just taken aback by how healthy it made me feel. Super cool family run shop! “I really like this location. It’s consistently clean, the staff is helpful, and the atmosphere is usually calm. I stop in fairly often, and I’ve had enough interactions to notice when someone consistently goes above and beyond.
On three separate occasions, an employee went out of his way to assist me when I was dealing with unexpected issues. Whether it was helping me find a solution when I couldn't access my card for an air pump, letting me charge a dead phone so I could complete a purchase, or resolving an order mistake that affected my rewards account, Idris handled each situation calmly and efficiently.
What stood out wasn't just that he helped. It was the way he helped. Idris never made the situation uncomfortable, never acted inconvenienced, and always treated everyone involved with respect. Even today, when an order was entered incorrectly, he showed patience toward his coworker while also making sure my concern was addressed. He even used his own rewards points to help offset my fuel purchase, something he certainly did not have to do. It’s really nice to come across someone who approaches people with genuine patience, empathy, and consideration, especially in a time when that feels increasingly uncommon.”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Shannon Esman at Costco Kalamazoo. My dad traveled all the way from South Africa and was getting his very first set of hearing aids. Shannon was absolutely amazing with him, so patient, kind, caring, and understanding throughout the entire process.
She took her time with my dad and also made sure my sister and I understood everything, explaining how the hearing aids worked, how to care for them, and what to expect. We never felt rushed, and she made what could have been an overwhelming experience so easy and comfortable for all of us.
I also have to mention the incredible service from the Costco Kalamazoo Hearing Aid Center. Every single time we called, someone answered the phone and was helpful. That kind of service is so appreciated and unfortunately not something you find everywhere anymore.

“The gentlemen here were easy to talk with. They were thorough when repairing my AC condenser, for which the whole dash needed to be removed.
Upon completion, I could not tell that anything was ever removed. Everything was in place and as it shulould be. That is a BIG job. The AC is back to life!

“I go every morning and get a breakfast sandwich and drinks. The ladies who are there every morning are the nicest and friendliest folks there are. They do a great job of keeping the store stocked and clean and it's always a pleasure to stop in. Never had any skimmer issues or anything at the pumps either! Other stations should take notes from this shop!”

“To the worker that helped me with the free iced coffee yesterday just because, she has no idea how she made my day. I’ve had a rough couple weeks and yesterday morning I woke up to a dead car and flat tire. I was extremely late for work and needed some coffee. I wasn’t upset, or tried to show my true emotions on my face. Sometimes people feel it that other people need help, and just do. Anyways, she made someone’s day by a simple little favor. Sometimes that’s all it takes. ?”
“Bronco Mart is fantastic. The NEW owners provide a wide selection of beer, wine, and spirits for their customers to enjoy. Between that and the helpful and knowledgeable staff, shopping here is always a pleasure! There has been a striking night and day difference since the new owners have taken over! This place is on the come-up, I highly recommend checking out Bronco Mart for all your beverage and snacking needs!”

You do have to pay before you pump your gas or pay at the pump. They also sell lottery tickets. They have oil for the car and boats. Credit cards accepted.”

“Fast, friendly, and cheaper than any other local pharmacies we researched, for both human and pet medications. My only minor complaint is that I wish they had a drive through, but that's kind of opposed to the Costco model of getting you into the store. Will continue to use this place!”

“Costco-Kalamazoo is a "good" store; the employees throughout the warehouse floor are great! The prices, because of inflation, have gone up and packaging is notably "shrinkflation" but overall is now a $300 "visit." The produce cannot be beat, as well as most items throughout the store. There is also the convenience of ordering online. It is annoying to hear "It's a seasonal product" (i.e., soups, candy, desserts, bakery items, etc.). Guess you can't have it all. But where the store falls apart is in BOTH the hearing aid and optical departments! It's not the merchandise IT'S THEIR EMPLOYEES. Best word to describe them (not all, though) is SNIPPY! Another single word is IMPATIENT. There are other single-word adjectives that fall into the category but I'll leave that to others. Overall, I did take away one star because of hearing and optical, and will add it's "hit and miss" at the service desk as to what "mood" some of them are in. But overall, the floor staff is very good, helpful, and sometimes will even show you to the aisle (they purposefully move items around), or look up on a hand-held computer. Usually, the answer will be "seasonal" (not their fault!).”

“Ok I have never been to a business where the employees actually give customer service n care n this store on Beckley blew me away. I went there everyday for about 2 weeks. I wasn't a rewards member until the man behind the counter asked if I was. Then continues to walk me thru it. Amazing, ok but then I go the next day n this man helps me with the app n shows me my rewards n how to get to it easier.
Not only was he really doing his job, he made a difference in my opinion about the store.
The bonus, well I walked out of that store with a 20oz cherry Pepsi, a 44 oz fountain pop n 2 bags of the Emily gummies. N u only paid $1.10. Yes no joke. N for the next couple days I got assistance with the app cause I couldnr find something. They we all very helpful n went above any gas station worker I've come across.

“Speedway sells alcohol which is convenient the facility is decently clean they're always busy and staff is always polite and can you do a great job I'm waiting on everybody and get out of there in time. The driveway is decent but crowded drive around the building you have to watch there's some potholes on that saying you're terribly he just got a lot of traffic there another busy that can mean only one thing they're good people people like them in need of repair. So what's the potholes”
