“Trevor and his staff are honest and knowledgeable. He was honest enough to let me know when I isn’t need an oil change. I drive out of my way to come to this Uncle Ed’s because I trust him and his staff.”
“One of the best experiences I've had at an oil change shop. Josh and crew we're professional, polite and extremely helpful throughout the process! Update, just came back again and Josh and crew were fantastic again! Highly recommended ?”
“They always do an amazing job and I appreciate them always trying to fit you in as soon as they can — quick work but ALWAYS thorough. Have taken my cars to many different auto shops and these guys are seriously 10/10 - no one compares. My go to from now on and will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great, honest, and thorough auto shop! Also the staff there is always so friendly! I always appreciate them!”
“I've been going to this same Uncle Ed's since I moved to Michigan about 7 years ago, and every time it was quick and easy, mostly due to the same bearded fellow taking care of business. I don't know his name but he's been there every time I go and he's been nothing short of friendly, efficient, and helpful to the point of bird-dogging parts from another store when time became an issue. Just want to shoot him some appreciation after close to a decade of service.”

“One of the best places in Kalamazoo to get it done. Super nice people and always quick. Don’t try to up charge you on random crap but will let you know if there’s anything of actual concern. Won’t go anywhere else within the city.”
“Couldn’t recommend more. Had a similar, yet unrelated issue following my services that they helped me with free of charge! Awesome customer service and super quick work!”
“I've been to four different oil change shops in the last 45 years. Also I've been to three different dealerships and had oil changed there too. The Jiffy Lube out on West Main Street in Kalamazoo is absolutely the best oil change center I've ever been to in my life. Others were satisfactory most of the time but I did have trouble but each one of them including the dealerships. I actually look forward to coming to Jiffy Lube. Those guys are honest and of something needs changing I tell you and if it doesn't they show you that it doesn't. Also the supplies that they use including the the oils are top shelf. Also want to shout out to the workers down in the pit draining the oil and checking the important areas of the undercarriage. In my opinion they're unsung heroes. Please keep up the good work glad to see I've been dealing with the same guys for the last 3 years and they know me by name. That franchise is always clean and you can tell the licensed mechanics really know their craft. It takes a lot for me to trust somebody around a vehicle. Again I say I look forward to coming into that store getting my vehicle serviced. I trust them. I'll be back in 5,000 miles.”
“I get my oil changed here every time! The staff is friendly and relaxed. Helpful and no guilt if not buying any suggested services. Also, someone on the staff has an awesome singing voice, and that joy is needed in the world.”
“We frequent this location every time we need an oil change! The staff is always so polite and friendly and patient in explaining things. I trust them 100% to do what’s going to be best for me and my car without charging me an arm and a leg. Sam in specific is WONDERFUL. Always recommend them!!”
“Walter and Nate were so helpful and made sure I got the services that I need and also made sure I didn’t get unnecessary services. I really appreciated the honesty /transparency. Overall a great experience and I would recommend to any other girls who don’t have a lot of knowledge about your car! You’ll get great service here.”
“Fantastic service experience. They replaced my water pump on my 2015 TDI. High quality work done quickly at a very reasonable price. Cannot say enough good things.”
“Great place to have a car repair. They take great care of you and the car. The repairs a fair and I personally have not had to go back for the same issue when something happens to my car. Amazing service!”
“I have been a customer of Pro Automotive Services for years, and now my children are customers too. Donnie, Jeff, Drew and the whole team treat their customers like family. The service is top notch, the team is friendly and knowledgeable, and the shop is clean, organized and has very comfortable furniture! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!”
“We were on a road trip and our car has a vibration. We came to d and s auto shop and the staff were extremely nice to us. They checked the tire nuts immediately and told us everything is fine and didn’t charge us a penny. It’s hard to find such nice and honest mechanics now. Would highly recommend them to anyone!”
“This location is always consistent and friendly. The staff are always friendly and inviting. As oil prices have increased so has the price of the oil change. If you get full synthetic don't be surprised if you drop around $100. Overall I prefer this location to the Portage Rd location where they aren't as friendly or helpful. Overall I would recommend RPM for a quick and friendly oil change.”
“Been a customer here for a handful of years. Always great service! Today I found myself with a dead battery right behind the shop and they came out to help me right away! HUGE shoutout to Aaron for being so kind and professional and jumping my car. Absolutely saved me a headache. Great team! :)”
“Best place to get an oil change it's affordable the people are very friendly and informative on my car plus they gave free top ups really nothing more you can ask for for an oil change will be going here in the future for sure”
“It was my first time in this shop. I had a coupon. The woman that received me was very nice, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the products and oil change process. She accepted my coupon without issue. They showed me how clean the new oil was that was placed in my car. And I was out in no time. Overall, it was a pleasant, hassle free experience.”
“I had a flat, i changed it on the side of the road. I took rhe tire to Kzoo tire. As rolling the tire up to the building a worker came out took the tire and started working on it before i was inside. 20 minutes later and 20 dollars the tire was repaired they put the tire on my truck, put the spare back under the bed and set the tire sensor
They had my business before and dam sure have it now. Dave you run a great business.”
“I could not have had a better experience. After calling many places to fix my muffler I ended up in a small waiting room, with two grandkids on a dreadfully hot afternoon. Robb Martinez could not have been a more
Wonderful human being. He was kind. He treated us as important. He was never dismissive. Even my 8 year old granddaughter remarked as we drove away,
“ that guy was nice!” So while I’m thrilled that my muffler was repaired well and in a timely matter, what stands out most to me is that we spent time with a remarkable human being while it was being completed
Thank you Robb. We all felt your kindness. That was worth a million!”
“Speedy and swift service, in and out for an oil chg in less than 20mins. Had it gone to the dealership, it would've taken almost 1.5hrs... keep up the great work”
“Casey and the entire team at Sleeman's are top notch! They do amazing work for very fair prices and I wouldn't go to any other place to have work done on my vehicles. Very professional and friendly shop!!”
“A great crew here at the portage location. Always on top of what my vehicle may need and they always explain why it's needed without feeling like there's pressure to buy the product(s)!”

“I appreciated I was able to book a Saturday morning appt to have my brakes checked out before my drive back to Iowa the next day. They were thorough and after checking them out took me for a test drive to ensure my questions were answered. Thank you.”
“Thank you Muffler Man, my flex pipe broke and my exhaust was dragging the ground. They got me in and out in a couple of hours and didn’t break the bank like most places.”
“The manager skylar was great at his job explained everything thoroughly topped off my power steering and break fluid as I was a little low he had me in and out in 7 minutes just about the fastest high quality oil change I’ve gotten I ran with there house full synthetic 79.99 for the first 5 qts I only needed 5 so with tax it came out to about $86 will definitely be coming back”
“I've been going here for almost 2 years and every time they get my oil changed fast and always mention if they see something wrong with my car. Very friendly and helpful.”
“So far Walmart is still the best pick for me for an oil change. Very fast (less than an hour) efficient and kind employees. They treat my car with respect even though it's an oldie.”
“Tire blew out in the middle of highway on Super Bowl Sunday with everything closed. The only place that was open was this Walmart auto care center. Not only did these legends welcome us and took care of the tire repair but they did so very quickly. Bobby especially was very kind and helpful and saved our trip!
1000/10 would recommend”
