If you get full synthetic don't be surprised if you drop around $100. Overall I prefer this location to the Portage Rd location where they aren't as friendly or helpful. “We were on a road trip and our car has a vibration. We came to d and s auto shop and the staff were extremely nice to us. They checked the tire nuts immediately and told us everything is fine and didn’t charge us a penny. It’s hard to find such nice and honest mechanics now. Would highly recommend them to anyone!”

“My daughter's car overheated in the mall parking lot (during her first driving lesson!) and Ray just happened to be taking his break in a shady spot near us. He came over to help us and I couldn't be more grateful!!! I didn't know what to do and he offered to help.
I could write a book about how amazingly supportive and awesome he was, but in a nutshell:
-- he went out of his way during his break to help us
-- he was incredibly helpful and calm when I was panicking
-- he told us we could have the car looked at at the shop -- and called and asked them to do it right away -- and they did it -- and fixed it -- the SAME DAY!!!
I have Triple A, so we had the car towed there to be extra cautious and the tow truck driver asked why I was having the car towed to a tire shop when the engine was overheating. Kzoo Tire does so much more than tires!!
Ray was an angel (and I tried to offer him some cash because I was so grateful and he declined -- he's one of the nicest strangers I've ever met) -- and I couldn't believe that they fit us in the same day. It ended up only being a fuse (easy fix), but the kindness and support was extraordinary.
Kzoo Tire has new loyal fans!! Thank you, thank you, Ray!! And thank you to the whole team for making some magic (and relieving A LOT of stress that day :)”
“UPDATE: 4 DAYS LATER... my oil is dry and leaking empty. Spent 140 dollars just to have it leak out because the plug wasnt put back in correctly. Thankfully I wasnt in-between Michigan and Terre Haute, IN when I realized this. Very disappointed. Hopefully my engine isn't blown. I give credit where credit is due but this was unacceptable

“Doug and team just handled my oil change with efficiency and friendliness, not often seen in companies today. They also helped immensely when my wife’s brake caliper had locked up and was smoking and she pulled in in an emergency and they diagnosed it and told her not to drive it and we got it back to Tapper after a bad repair they did. Got a alignment on a Friday, and before either even made it home got a lady hit my truck. I called Tuffy and asked if they would check the alignment due to the crash. “Its a Great Great Place, good service, nice employees, no wait is about the normal price, but I got premium everything, so it costs a lot more than normal doesn't have to wait long for the whole oil change and they were very informative. Specially to a girl who normally has her dad do her oil changes. They also let me know that I had some other things wrong with the vehicle that I wasn't aware of.”

“Went in for an oil change and had prearranged supplying the oil because I wanted a specific brand of synthetic. Tech used their synthetic and I noticed my oil was still in my vehicle when I picked it up. They offered to do a drain and fill right then but I didn’t have time. So they said the next service would be comped if I supply the oil. I’m good with that! At least they are trying to make it right with me which is more than I can say for a lot of places I’ve done business with!”
