“I love shopping here for things for my wife. Knowing the company is based in Suttons Bay and that the fashions are all made in an America is one of the reasons that I like shopping here. But, I also like the chosen fabrics and styles. Generally, the skirts, dresses, sweaters and tops are form fitting and made of great washable fabrics. Values are great as well. Many of the tops are reversible too. I’ve been shopping here for a number of years and will continue to be a loyal customer.”

“I stumbled into Chicos in Petoskey because they were having a sale today. Have never been in a Chico's in my life but really needed work pants and I hate shopping for clothes. The level of service I received was something I haven’t even received while buying gala dresses in Chicago with private appointments. Helpful, not pushy.
Would like to shout out the wonderful staff, everyone working was amazing but shout out to chealsea who personally styled me. They assisted me with my additional orders and if shopping was like this all the time, I would do it more often.

“Love this store! I always go here whenever I visit Petosky. The styles are amazing, the fabrics are durable, staff are really nice and helpful and the prices are reasonable. Although it would be nice to update your Facebook page and Google account with photos of recent clothing and styles. But over all I love the store!”

“Great inventory. Poor customer assistance. Fabulous assortment of colors, patterns, and styles - well curated over all and this could be our new family favorite. Two people on staff were too busy with inventory and store duty to help with jeans or other purchase. It seemed a bother when asking for help. Found the jeans, needed different size and asked for assistance. “You’ll just have to look”. Hey went helping the other two customers in the store either. For $300 jeans could maybe offer a hand. Even so, we purchased some lovely jeans and jewelry. Fingers crossed for better service next time when they aren’t so busy.”
