“I went into this branch today ( June 18,26 )and Madisan had waited on me - She was so very polite and sweet . Helped me with all my questions - I had a few for her . Also she did deposits - withdraws. Renewed my card that was getting ready to expire .. It’s nice to come in and have someone so pleasant to wait on you . “A staff member, I wish I could remember her name now assisted me when someone used my account to give consumers energy hundreds of dollars in a random electric account , without my consent. she helped me get my money back and the next time I came in
- weeks later, she called me over by name (remembered my name) and had held on to some resources to give me and my son in regards to senior care and assistance with my failing memory issues. I felt she went above and beyond her pay grade to ensure no one else takes advantage of me. I love this bank. They have my back!”

“The new drive thru atms are fine, as long as your card can be read by them. Cp's chips on their cards don't work half the time you use them and their own atms at their bank don't read them. There was a line inside the bank because no one wanted to use the atms in the drive thru. I waited only like 10 mins just to despoist some money because the at wouldn't read my chip on my debit card so it wasn't too bad.”

“Not sure what all the fuss is about. I've been a member since it was UBT and have never had a single bad experience. I've had loans, deposited checks, had my will notarized, and use the mobile app almost daily. The parking lot is a bit tight at the Jackson location, but it's manageable...I drove a large truck, so it's definitely not impossible to get in and out. I would recommend ONB to anyone.”
