Wes Jenkins, the manager, has created what reminds me of how banks operated before impersonal mega-banks started gobbling up our community banks. Wes and his team actually treated their clients like they were glad to see them and help them. Meg, a banker, has been helping me with my business account and personal accounts for years. She is always smiling, always helping, and just a joy to work with. Juliane, Dee, and Naji all know me by name and are just as willing to help when Wes or Meg aren't available.
I’ve built a great working relationship with this bank. If you are looking for a local customer-oriented place to bank, try them. I am glad I did. It's nice to know that there are still real bankers around who want to help me, not just their bottom line.”

“Nisrein was so helpful. Prior to my bank visit today I considered closing my account because I have another account at another bank. I needed to get a counter check but I used the wrong terminology and she patiently asked me questions to figure out what I needed. Once she figured that out she continued to help me and I was so grateful she asked me is there anything else she can do for me and I told her I had to get money out of the money machine and I will come back to her because my money was in a different bank she was so knowledgeable that she informed me that she could help me out and take the funds out of the other bank right at the window with my bank card she saved me so much time because of all her efforts and her knowledge of your bank procedures and products she saved me a lot of time. Because of all her efforts her knowledge and her patience with me and my husband who was standing there who is blind I will always be a faithful Chase customer.”

“I have been a customer for 18 years, and have experienced some decently bad customer service when going into this location. I don't want to say I was profiled, but I was definitely treated different, on a few occasions when I went in.
The only reason I didn't cancel business with this credit union is because I've gotten comfortable with them, and normally handle everything online, so I would never have to deal with the people inhouse.
Today, I received exceptional treatment. I might add, the specialists in there today are different from the people I dealt with before (Thank God). I held off going into the branch as long as I could. Upon entering, Ms. Tracy was the most pleasant lady who greeted me and was going above and beyond (without even knowing I was annoyed to be in there) to answer the questions I had an provide solutions for my issues. Then, I got to Ms Joselyn, who furthered the experience by being attentive, explaining certain processes, and walking me through what I needed. I might have walked in with the biggest frown that I had to even go into the branch, but I left with a smile on my face, feeling appreciated as a customer. They might have just kept me for another 20 years.
