We've used Ideal Auto Body three times and have been extremely pleased with their service, customer appreciation, honesty, and especially the quality work they do. I just picked up my Toyota Corolla who's trunk lid had a dent right on the crease where the horizontal aspect meets the vertical. They have always been a busy shop, so I would recommend an appointment. Once they have your vehicle in for repairs they get it done in a very timely fashion, and I've gotten to know Jim and the rest of the bunch there. I wouldn't go anyplace else.”
