“MPA Collision saved my life. I damaged my SUV’s rear door to the point the rear door didn’t close in the morning of day I was relocating to another state. After reaching out to several collision centers in the area, all collision centers including MPA Collision had orders backed up for the next month or so. After explaining how I need to repair my car urgently, they fully understood my situation, were very kind and sympathetic, and accommodated my request repairing the damage urgently so that I could get on road. They were transparent about the repair process and cost. Labor rate was very reasonable. Overall, my experience with MPA Collision was excellent. Great people and professional service but most of all they were sincere about my situation.”

Looks like new!More recently my wife took a vehicle in to Dave’s with some pushpins missing from a piece of the front underbody, causing the piece to just hang. DJ re-fastened the piece, no charge!”

“Well I’m back again…and I don’t know after reading a few of these reviews ..but yeah a hit and run with out being in the car . The Crash Champions establishment in New Lenox Illinois and Plainfield Illinois done an amazing job on my truck from a buck trying to hitch a ride on my front end day before Thanksgiving 2021 now I’m home in Michigan and I might take my truck here for repairs because of a clown reversing to fast at wewe hrs of the morning and hit my truck on the run .. hope this location will be just as good or even better than the other locations.. Shout out to Crash Champions in Illinois….”

“I stopped by to say hi to Simon at his shop last week (Feb 23, 2024). I was saddened to learn from the landlord, who was doing work on the building, that Simon has passed away from cancer, and that his shop is no longer in business. The last time I saw him, about 2 years ago, he had lost a fair bit of weight, and told me he had cancer. I wished him well, and left with a dent-free car. RIP, Simon. Background: Simon did excellent work on 3 cars for me for nearly a decade. What a guy -- it was always an adventure to talk with him while he worked on my car.”

“My vehicle needed a new rear door, quarter panel and front bumper. It was the first time I've ever been in an accident and I was kind of stressed about the whole process of insurance and repairs but everything went so smoothly from the time I got the estimate at Gerber to the completion of the repairs. They finished repairing my car over two weeks ahead of schedule and they even deep cleaned my floor mats and moved the items I had in the backseat to the trunk so they could vacuum it out. It feels like a brand new car again and I really appreciate how they went above and beyond.”
