“Well, searching for housing has been tough, the red roof Inn in Canton Plymouth has And my job and time in Ann Arbor much easier. The room is nice, the price is fantastic, the coffee is always fresh and delicious,, and Jenny at the desk is super nice and super professional! Will recommend to travelers i come across!”
“Thanks to Aaron and his outstanding team, I was able to thoroughly enjoy the Hyatt Place in Novi. I can't say enough about this wonderful hotel. With its many amenities, combined with its adjacent location next to the Suburban Showplace, it clearly provides an excellent high-value option for both business and vacation/weekend customers.
The entire super friendly staff ensured an outstanding customer service experience during my stay. While attending a trade show next door, I was also able to also enjoy the indoor pool and abundant local shopping offerings.
Several quality food and beverage options are onsite, including one with a huge outdoor fire place fun for social gathering and adult beverages. For breakfast, the free warm buffet was convenient, quick, and tasty.
I left the Hyatt with a full belly, a smile on my face, and a desire to return very soon.

“Stayed here one night for business. Overall this is a very solid Holiday inn Express.
Everybody I dealt with was friendly and professional, and the breakfast was very good.
I feel that the breakfast at Holiday inn Express in general have gone down since COVID but this one was very well stocked and taken care of.

“Great hotel with easy access to the Detroit airport!
Staff working the front desk were polite and knowledgeable. Room was spacious, clean, and seemed to be recently renovated.
Hotel amenities were also nice. Small snack store in the lobby, fitness center, and an indoor pool with a hot tub.
The breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I have eaten at. Very impressed by the omelette station they offer.
Would stay here again, recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay near the airport.”
“Hotel was very clean and the staff were super friendly. Beds and pillows on the other hand were not so friendly. Pillows had zero support and took like 3 to make a normal pillow. Bed was equally uncomfortable and I could literally feel the insides of the bed as I slept. But this is nothing new for Hilton, their beds are notoriously uncomfortable. Great location for food and entertainment.”

“Room was standard, although I did like the windows shades, one light filtering and one black out; I rated Service high because of the attendant at free breakfast... she greeted me and was continuously checking food and cleaning all areas; location was good for me while my husband was in St Mary's Trinity hospital... this is an area with many Marriott brand hotels, within 10 minutes of the hospital.”

“We LOVED our stay! The kids had a blast in the gigantic pool. We're already planning the next birthday here. They have basketball. The kids were tuckered out to say the least haha the rooms we had were spacious and the cleaning staff are great. I hate feeling like I can't trust what I'm sleeping in!! The bed was sooooo comfortable I didn't want to go home to sleep in my bed lol very friendly staff too id like to add”

“It’s a centrally located hotel, but there isn’t much going on within a square mile. The indoor pool claims to be heated, but it’s not heated well enough to justify swimming in the winter. The breakfast bar is good and has good choices, but it’s not included and run around $25/person. The food is great though.
The bar has all the usual options for drinks, the food menu is good too. The bartender is a little lukewarm and picks and chooses who he’s kind to. He has an attitude that says he’s annoyed by most.
The front desk team was okay. A few people actually tried to be helpful and professional while others were annoyed and distracted by playing video games that they’d brought with them.
We’d stay here again because it’s the closest to our office, but we wouldn’t really recommend it.”
“Great hotel but they need to go back to cleaning the rooms more often. I dont know where tgis silly notion of not cleaning the rooms daily came from. The garbage piles up because they dont come. That's bad business! Great location in Livonia!”
“No complaints. Outside and hallways looked a little outdated therefore I was a little skeptical upon arriving. To my suprise the rooms were updated and clean. Pool is also a decent size. Includes complimentary breakfast.”

They ALWAYS ask if there is anything they can do to help and they ALWAYS deliver. I drove up here from Florida and ive been here for 4 months and it has been the best service ive ever had.”
“People make the difference, and this location has great people. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a great stay for a baseball tournament. However, I made a horrible traveler's mistake and left a backpack with a laptop in the room when I checked out. When I called, in a panic, Ali, from housekeeping, had already brought my bag to the front desk. Sarah at the front desk took care of everything from there. We emailed a shipping label to her, and she took care of it from there. When you have people that will help you out in a pinch even after checkout you found the right place to stay.”
“I had a pleasant experience during my stay. The location was perfect for my needs — right off the freeway and close to restaurants and gas stations, all within about a mile. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and helpful.
The breakfast wasn’t my favorite, but that’s not a big issue for me since comfort matters more than the morning meal. Overall, I’d stay here again if I’m in the area and need a comfortable place to rest. I recommend this Hyatt Place to anyone looking for a clean, roomy, and convenient hotel while traveling.”

“I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Detroit/Northville for a quick end of week trip, and it was fantastic. The hotel is clean and conveniently located, but the staff truly makes it stand out! From the front desk at check-in to the breakfast team, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. As someone who doesn't typically travel alone, I felt very safe and comfortable here. Its proximity to both the University of Michigan and the airport made my trip seamless. Thank you for such a wonderful and stress-free stay!”
“Location is perfect distance to the airport, and hotel is nice. Lots of pilots and flight attendants stay here too. Shuttle runs every 20 minutes from 4am till midnight to and from the airport too. Would recommend!”

The front desk guy Reddy is a nice person who helped me a lot while checking in! This is one of the most immaculate hotels in the area with the hospitality of a 5 star Hotel with the amenities to go with it! If I ever need a room and I am looking for Safety, Convenience, Affordability Laquinta Inn Canton is my go to! Trust me all the hotels around are 2x 3x even 5x as pricey and you do not get the cleanliness, the quality AND FREE BREAKFAST! Thanks to the staff and the people of this establishment for the great service I’ll definently be recommending and going back!”

“So happy this place exists. We were delayed for several hours overnight and ended up finding the quieter, private space a great respite from the chaos of the busy airport. There's only a few napping pods so plan ahead when possible. It was clean and everything we expected. It was about $170 for 2.5 hours.”

“The owner Jay is very kind as is his wife. Very reasonably priced. Jay has integrity... He cleans the room of a guy with no legs daily without complaint or charging extra. If I need a couple hours to get the money he is understanding and never makes me feel bad about it... He shovels the snow himself for the whole property. Hard working,kind, respectful man. I snuck my dog in the first week or so I was here and when he found out he simply asked that I take her out back to do her business... Wasn't mad... No extra charge... Since then I have been up front and honest with him (if I need extra time to pay or whatever) and everything has been more than exceptional.”
“Rooms are quiet spacious and comfortable. Even though the room was near to left I didn't hear a thing about its movement.
One nit picking feedback was the shower ? enclosure do not close perfectly leads to water spilling into the dry part of the bathroom. The hotel location was perfect from commute point of view. I hardly waited for more than 8 minutes for Uber. Internet speed was good. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Thank you Donna.”
