“We were traveling when the screen quit on my wife's Pixel 7. Being out-of-towner's getting the screen replaced quickly on the weekend and within our schedule was a challenge. Stacy helped get her a new phone quickly and without pressure to overhaul our plan. Only 1 of 4 colors was available (black), which was slightly disappointing, but given the circumstances we'll take what we can get.”
“I did a warranty replacement the two gentlemen there were very helpful and got my stuff set up with no trouble. Both nice and helpful. I saw them get chewed out by some Karen and was impressed that they were so professional as I was about to tell that lady off myself but chose not to. I didn't want to make it worse”

“Last week my husband and I went to the AT&T Plymouth location. We were greeted right away by Kevin . We left Xfinity and transferred all of our streaming , cell and internet to AT&T. Kevin took time with us to make sure that we were going to be comfortable with all services . Thank you again Kevin !”
