She addressed all our questions and went above and beyond with clear and understandable information about what we should do purchasing a new i phone and special connection needs for my husband. This young lady ( Natasha )single handedly worked a store full of people in a kind in professional way. My opinion is she needs to be placed in corporate we're she can represent Verizon in have a future!!!!”
